The best pussy plug choices are not just butt plugs vaginally worn, oh no. I’ve collected body-safe silicone plugs either (1) specifically designed for vaginal wear, or (2) that inflate or vibrate — like if you wanna see what it’s actually like to use that pink tail plug (Lovense Lush) all the cam girls have hanging out there.
My top 2 plugs (see prices here) are specially designed for vaginal wear (not anal), and G squeeze is ideal for wearing long-term (anywhere from 1 to 8 hours — whatever is most comfortable for you). Remember that silicone is the only (potentially) soft sex toy material that’s safe to wear around for longer: it doesn’t let bacteria begin growing within or leach chlorine like cheap PVC sex toys do.1
From a contoured vaginal plug, to the best G-spot angle, to an inflatable pussy plug, let’s get into it…

How to Insert & Wear a Pussy Plug
First, what’s the point here? A vagina plug, vaginal plug, or pussy plug is a sex toy specifically used to fill the vagina. Because it can feel very sexy to move around with something inside you, or sit on a comfortable plug while you’re stimulating your clit. You might be able to “dildo walk” with a full dong in, but these pussy plugs are shorter and will stay put more easily. The main purpose isn’t to thrust a pussy plug like you’d thrust a dildo; instead, you sit on it and/or walk around with it in. Just like a butt plug, but for a different orifice!
As noted, putting a butt plug in the vagina is an option, but anal plugs come in all different shapes, many of them too long for comfortable vaginal wear — or they simply may be made of cheap materials like PVC that you definitely don’t want leaching chlorine or other chemicals inside your 🌸. (Avoid painful pussy problems!) All the vagina plugs I’ve tested and recommend are either 100% platinum silicone, or have a safe silicone coating over a vibrating motor core. They can be cleaned with soap and water, and more fully sanitized to kill germs.
You can use a pussy plug for any of these sexy purposes:
- Teasing (being turned on by using a plug in public, or throughout the day)
- Full feeling (during clitoral stimulation, long-term wear, while giving BJs, and much more)
- Bouncing up and down on (= hands-free thrusting)
- Double penetration (plug fills the vagina easily, while a partner penetrates anally)
- Vaginal stim during pegging / strap-on play — for the harness-wearer
To insert a pussy plug, it’s most comfortable to apply water-based lubricant first (unless you’re really naturally wet).2 Then, hold the base of the plug and ease it in. Some plugs will give you more options than others: like the multi-sided possibilities of the G squeeze, next; or the bazillion vibration functions possible through the Lovense app, with Lush 3 or Lush 2. Or skip to the Lush PLUS G squeeze combined, which has been phenomenal for me when I want LOTS of feeling. I’ll cover individual how-to’s in each pussy plug’s respective section below!
SquarePegToys G squeeze™
Best for Fuller Vaginal Sensation; Multiple Sizes
Shop: Available in 4 Sizes, from Small to XL (From $42 to $72 as you get bigger)
Multi-point-stimulating, multi-sided, and multi-size options too. G squeeze by SquarePegToys is absolutely unique, and has transformed me into a regular pussy plug wearer (not just a “once in a while” one), because this SuperSoft & squishy plug does *a lot*.
IMO, the G squeeze is fuller vaginal stimulation than any other pussy plug. I like the G squeeze’s big “scoop” side cradling my G-spot, best: but you can turn it either way. When I’m walking with — or especially bouncing on (while biking!) — G squeeze, the “forward” position is super. It’s like sensation is radiating from under my clit, to my G-spot with oooh just the softest massage, then pulsing all the way back deep, behind my cervix… I’ve also used G squeeze the other way so the flatter side is against my G-spot3 while I’m leaning back and using a clitoral vibrator / air pulsation stimulator. The thick XL size is 💥 (Bam!) if you’re craving having your vag FILLED UP during clit play, for a more “huge plug” feel.

G squeeze is handmade of platinum-grade silicone; it was prototyped 10 years ago and recently honed based on more real-life feedback.4 As an artisan product, the G squeeze’s most obvious competitor is the Uberrime Sensi (discussed more next). A point-by-point comparison of the two vaginal plugs:
- Stimulation focus: G squeeze is hitting 4 stimulation points for me, from labia to cervix (including light G-spot stim). Sensi is purely G-spot-focused.
- Wearability: G squeeze has an actual “neck,” a thinner section between bulb and base so it’s not immediately pushing the vagina open wide. Vs. Sensi, almost neck-less. This makes G squeeze inherently better for longer wear: say, more than an hour, as your vaginal opening can close up better around G squeeze — in sizes small and medium, in particular. Ask: How long are you looking to wear your plug? I’d pick G squeeze first for anyone seeking an all day pussy plug. G squeeze’s compact T-bar base sits better between the labia than Sensi’s! But Sensi’s circle does lend it one advantage: if you like double penetration (discussed in the next section).
- Firmness: Sensi’s 00-50 Shore silicone is slightly less squishy than G squeeze’s silicone. The marginally-harder feel makes sense for Sensi’s G-spot targeting goals. But SquarePegToys’s SuperSoft silicone is again awesome for a fleshy feel longer-term, and also allows the plug to really bend best to hit all those different stimulation points: G squeeze is straight when it stands up, but will angle backward so the tip touches my posterior fornix (back of the vagina).
- Sizes: G squeeze comes in 4 different sizes, and I like each one for a distinct purpose. (Medium is the G squeeze size I’d choose if I had to pick just one, booo.) Sensi is one size, maxing out at 1.6 inches diameter (but feels a little thicker due to its barrel shape). At $59.99, Uberrime’s Sensi is technically closest to G squeeze small ($42) for girth, but feels most like G squeeze medium ($52) due to the latter’s “scoops” eliminating some bulk.
- Colors! Uberrime sells Sensi in two 2-tone slightly marbled colors by default, or also direct in 1-color swirls (my apologies for the confusion, that the one photographed below is a one-off 3-color marble). SquarePegToys does four 1-color options now, all shiny metallic pigments that swirl in that single color. All these colors are lovely, tbh.

Uberrime Sensi: G-Spot Plug
G-Spot Angle; For Double Penetration
Shop: $59.99 here
Uberrime’s Sensi is also hand-crafted for vaginal use, and poured in USA from platinum silicone (the only safe soft sex toy material). It’s a G-spot plug, all the way! Sensi’s semi-phallic head curves strongly to really press against the G-spot; the rest of this pussy plug is a pure placeholder.

The Sensi’s bulbous head seems bigger than 1.6 inches diameter when I’m inserting it! You will really feel Sensi’s head, even in the soft silicone. The G-spot stimulation is not hard like the Njoy Pure Wand’s, but it is central pressure. I suggest: Make Sensi the best experience by stimulating elsewhere too, with a clit toy? Or…
…Many people wonder, “What does it feel like to have vaginal sex with a but plug inserted?” And that’s a great question,5 but what if you’re looking for the reverse? A vaginal plug that you can wear during anal play. In that case, Sensi’s round base leaves more room because the base is shorter. This helps if your holes are tightly space: for example, I have close pelvic floor spacing somehow (despite not being short), so the Sensi is best suited if I want to put something in anally while wearing this vaginal plug, because it’s not right outside my butthole.
(Though I’d recommend Sensi first for this, you can wear the SquarePeg G squeeze vaginally during DP [filling both ass and pussy] too, because even if you have a penis penetrating you, the G squeeze’s squishy silicone base won’t chafe anything hitting it from behind. The G squeeze’s base is small enough [much smaller than Oxballs Honcho, next] and tapered nicely. Also note that SquarePegToys — an anal sex toys maker first and foremost — has a plug targeted at the reverse DP scenario: anal wear during vaginal penetration.)
Oxballs Honcho: Realistic Dick Plug
Big Head Ridge; Rainbow Graffiti Color
Shop: $49.00 here for size 1; up to $89 for the mondo one
The Honcho by Oxballs was my favorite vaginal plug for quite a while, I wore it around occasionally, because OMG it’s so squishy — plus I love the 🍆, so Honcho’s more phallic shape clicked with me. It’s a plug – dildo! You also can’t beat the “neon graffiti splatter” color schemes of Honcho’s rainbow variant. Indeed, Honcho is by Oxballs, a gay-male-oriented maker; but any adult human can wear a butt plug.6 Or a pussy plug, if they have a vagina…

I’ve enjoyed Honcho’s chunky thickness, and believe it’s a great vaginal plug because it is short enough for comfy use, yet so filling. The head ridge feels awesome going in, and then I get used to it and mainly sense the bulk of its barrel shape. The Honcho’s neck thins out quickly from the girth mid-plug, so it’ll also let my vaginal mouth close up, enabling me to walk more comfortably.
The Honcho’s base is large and thick, made that way so it 100% certainly doesn’t get sucked up into anyone’s gaping butt. And I like the base thickness to sit on, it’s like a blubbery hug for the labia (pussy lips!). But as part of the anal fetish market, Honchos do get HUGE, with the Honcho size 2 ($69) matching SquarePegToys’ XL size G squeeze ($72) for width, and Honcho size 3 being a monster plug. (More than my vag can take without a stretching ordeal.) I like size 2 for extra stretch sometimes, but Honcho size 1 will be very filling for most vaginal wearers.

VIP Inflatable Plug: Vibrating + Inflating
Inflating Vaginal Plug + Vibrator
Shop: $99 here (or $89.10 if you enter discount code FELICITY during checkout)
Inflatable plugs are an interesting novelty. Like the name suggests, these sit inside (=plug up) either the butt or the vagina and inflate, filing themselves up with air — so they get thicker after you put them inside your body. I’ve recently played with two inflating butt plugs but used ’em in my vagina, where I honestly feel them more. (If you’re looking for an inflatable dildo for anal thrusting, the Inflatable G’s also worth checking out; similar concept, pretty strong vibration.)
The VIP (Vibrating Inflatable Plug) with Remote control is the one best suited for sitting on! It’s a short length, so it’s easy to use as an inflatable pussy plug (not just a butt plug). It’s got a flat base with some suction cup ability, so I’ve stuck it on the edge of my bathtub….
…and felt the increase. Air moves into a hollow space between the VIP Plug’s motor core and the silicone covering, then puffs the dual-purpose charging hole. So hot to feel it get bigger while it’s inside me: Puffing, and growing, and vibrating too. The VIP Plug is great for edging, as it really works me up (but is a bit difficult to achieve orgasm with, without more help). The hollowness under the silicone makes me want a little more pressure. (I bet this would be super-fun for inflating & vibrating one’s ass while stroking off, too.)

If using the VIP Plug vaginally, I recommend putting the air vent on the clitoris side, so it’s puffing air toward your clit. That’s really different, more teasing bursts than an air pulsation toy that surrounds the clitoris. The air hole makes this inflatable plug splashproof, so rinse it in the sink but don’t submerge it underwater during play (where the air venting would kill the motor). And remember, if you’re transitioning any anal plug (inflatable or not!) from anal play to vaginal play, sanitize it first.
The VIP inflating plug’s vibrations are strong enough (maybe a 5/10 for power), and neither particularly buzzy nor rumbly. They move together with the inflating air. Or, the remote allows you to inflate or deflate the bulb via the top button, while the power button flips through the 7 vibration functions. The main change I would make in the VIP plug is that, for almost $100, it should have more different steady vibration speeds; right now it has 2 steady vibe intensities that feel very close in strength, then 5 patterns (which are pretty cool combined with the pulsing).
Lovense Lush 2-3: App-Controlled Vibrator
For Discreet Vibration & Teasing Foreplay
Shop: $99 / $119 here for Lush 2 or Lush 3
It’s a star, the Lovense Lush. This pink-tail vibrator is impossible to miss if you watch amateur pornography, where you’ll often see scenes like ultra-hard squirting orgasms produced as that tail dangles outside a woman’s vagina.7 The Lovense Lush is a very good vibrator for its size, but do note that most women / clit+vag-owners will need more clitoral stimulation to reach hard orgasms. That’s why I think the Lush is a great foreplay tool.

Lovense Lush is steamy 🔥 if you want to be teased, dip your toes into wearing a plug in public,8 — or you have a long-distance thing going on. (Since Lovense’s app is the best for that.) You could even pair the Lush with Lovense’s public butt plug, the Hush; or their panty vibrator, the Ferri.
Lush 2 and Lush 3 do both have very good strength vs. smaller vibrators / bullet vibrators. (They are intense enough, but not wand-vibrator strong.) I personally like the Lush 2 more than the new Lush 3 for these reasons (review here), mainly that Lush 2 feels rumblier on the lowest vibration intensity.
This is definitely a vibrating pussy plug that I want to wear inside tight shorts, or with more support underneath! The Lush 2 wiggles out, the bulb easing down to my vaginal opening instead of staying by my G-spot, if I don’t have the spandex on; other users may be able to pull Lush wear off inside normal panties, I hear. (I have to make the toy neck & body thicker by adding a soft-silicone backer to get it to stay & fill me up: see the next section on “Lush Squeeze.”) By Lovense, Lush is known for having the most consistent Bluetooth connectivity among app-controlled vibrator, meaning that it’s less likely to lose connection with your partner’s phone as you play, no matter your body size.
“Lush Squeeze” Combo: Mind Blown
Thick & Intense; Stronger Hands-Free Stimulation
Shop (2 Toys: Purchase Each 1 Separately): $119 here for Lush 3 AND $52 for medium G squeeze
So I was going for hands-free orgasms one day, experimenting with how to get more pleasure while wearing a strap-on harness. I realized that the Lovense Lush vibrator was a little too hard and too small for my personal tastes; while the G squeeze feels super-filling, but I have to move with it to actually orgasm (like rocking on it / riding / using a clit vibrator too).
This is the solution: two separate toys that together make the “Lush Squeeze” vibrating pussy plug. I feel like I’m holding off on coming as soon as I get it inserted (whereas either Lush or G squeeze alone is more of a “tease”). A softer & more filling Lovense Lush, or a more focused & vibrating G squeeze — whichever way you choose to look at it! The G squeeze and the Lovense Lush couldn’t be better designed for each other if their makers had tried for it: Lush nestles right inside the G squeeze (medium)’s hollow and makes it vibrate like crazy.

The medium-size G squeeze (above) makes the “Lush Squeeze” almost 2.25 inches across at the point where Lush’s “beak” is. That’s thick, be warned! You can try it with the size small G squeeze instead, making the toy combo a lil shorter and still kinda wide (about 2″ diameter). Do not try this if you can’t take some thickness! The SquarePegToys G squeeze’s Super-Soft silicone means Lush Squeeze is easier wear, though: I wouldn’t want to wear just the Lush if it was this wide, it’d be bulky and uncomfortable due to the firm motor core. And if you like really wide toys, like gaping level, you could go for G squeeze in large or XL size with Lush fitted in.
When I went bike-riding with this combo (medium G squeeze + Lush)… OMG. I had to get Lush’s tail situated right, so it was running under my clit… (I actually ended up preferring the stability of the Lush 3’s tail over the Lush 2 for this reason.) And then, I was trying not to moan. I started coming 5 minutes in. I started asking to be fucked harder under my breath, the wind blowing by me. I passed by a couple people on the path and had to stop mumbling, “Fuck me, Daddy,” while whimpering. It was a lot. I started orgasming almost continuously. I would not recommend doing this around busy intersections. When I got home, I took off my clothes and got into bed with the toys still between my leg: Putting a dense pillow between my legs, and squeezing my thighs tight, to apply more pressure. 100% as strong as the orgasms I’ve gotten from sex machines, and I didn’t have to hold a Magic Wand for the fullest effect. The vibration, and the pressure from Lush’s G-spot point, and the soft FULL silicone: DAMN, this was a great discovery. 🤯✨🍾
To insert the “Lush Squeeze”: Lube up both products. Put the Lovense Lush inside your vagina first. Then slot the G squeeze in behind (on your butthole side). Spread your labia and twist slightly if you’re having trouble. Push the G squeeze vagina plug in, maybe move a bit to the left or right, to ensure that the Lush’s back is fit right in the middle of G squeeze’s scoop! Wear this combo in brief-style underwear for the best support (not a thong, not bikini cut). I’ve worn it in Temptasia Briefs for strap-on play, and it’s stable.
NOTES
* I have no time to be offended by the word “pussy.” It’s a quote-unquote “dirty” name for a sex organ, the same as “dick,” which I also employ on this sex blog. (Apparently more than “cock,” for whatever reason.)
- Do note that, while silicone vaginal plugs aren’t porous like tampons are — and thus carry less risk of toxic shock syndrome — you’d want to give your vagina a break after 8 to 10 hours of plug-wearing, as a best practice. Honestly, my vag is well-trained, I have a strong pelvic floor, and I’d still want to take any plug out after 2 to 3 hours, because the plug is an added weight.
- Of course make sure to use safe water-based lubricant without glycerin and preferably without propylene glycol. Simply Aqua Jelle is my current favorite. For pussy insertion in general, being wet and/or aroused first aids in comfort. If you’re not used to larger toys (or larger dicks), be sure to check size specs; 1.5 inches diameter is a standard width, but vaginal dilators can be helpful if you’re new to vaginal sex / “pussy play”. (Probably not too likely if you’re reading this guide, but just in case…) The bigger size plug toy you get, the more likely you are to need lubricant when putting the plug in pussy; and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with you for needing extra moisture.
- Found on the front wall of the vagina, several inches in, “bellybutton side.”
- SquarePegToys is a silicone anal toy crafter par excellence, with a 25-year history making only body-safe silicone products.
- My answer: Really, you feel fuller overall; and a normal-size penis (even one without a strong curve) can offer more G-spot pressure than it normally would.
- Barring medical issues, of course.
- I’m not one to question anyone’s orgasms (having ridiculously multiple ones myself), but yeah, you know some of those clips are pure drama. The truest “squirting pussy” vid I’ve seen with Lush was when the woman removed the Lush and rubbed it outside to squirt.
- Without, like, actually having sex in front of other consenting adults. Which I would highly recommend over walking around the mall with your Lush in. Much hotter, IMO, when everyone has agreed to you playing sexually in front of them.
Thanks so much for these comparisons! I hadn’t even heard of the G Squeeze, but I have the Sensi, which I really enjoy the sensation of but cannot manage to keep inside myself at all, and I wanted to try something that might stay inside better. Definitely want one of those now.
Looooove your reviews!!! Thank you! Are either the Sensi or G squeeze suitable for anal play as well? Or are their bases not large enough to securely keep them from getting sucked in?
Hi, thank you!!
The Uberrime Sensi is specifically marketed as NOT safe for anal.
The G squeeze is more of a question. The maker doesn’t feel comfortable recommending it for anal because although the base is flared, it’s fairly small; and if the user is experienced with bigger anal toys, their butt might have the potential to pull it in.
The SquarePeg Thumbdrive is made to be anal-safe, though! (For DP specifically.) And of course there’s the Egg Plugs!
What about the Jollet by LuzArt? Just curious how it stacks against the ones you reviewed. Speaking of which, the vaginal plug from Uberrime is the only one from this list that I’ve previously heard of. It was really good to hear of the others as well as learn more about the why and how that was refreshing. Such as using one as your clitorally stimulating yourself to have that full feeling was interesting because I use the Vedo Peach vaginally while I’m using a womanizer pro 40. The Vedo Peach helps but your idea defiantly brings it home so to speak.
Hi!! Do you mean the Luzarte Jollie, the shorter one? The Jollet is so long, 7.5 inches, that it would just fall out for sure. (It’s not very wearable.)
Oh yeah, vibrating egg-style vibes are very fun to wear while you’re getting good clit stimulation. The Lovense Lush is a really strong one! Vedo makes pretty good motors too, Lovense is a tad stronger and gives you a little more control.
That kind of vibrator is definitely different than a squishy-soft silicone plug! Those are more about squeeeeezing your muscles around them and moving toward orgasmic contractions (hopefully!) that way. Along with a Womanizer is great; We-Vibe Melt is my favorite air-pulse suction toy because it has that Womanizer blowing technology but it curves more naturally around my pubic mound.
Hello! Thank you so much for your reviews. It will be my 1st v plug so all the info was greatly helpful. I’d like to try the Gsqueeze/Lush combo. With partners, size has not been an issue but for longer wear I’m not sure if I should start with the small because it’s my 1st try or go with medium for the technique you suggested with the Lush. What would you suggest?
Also you say you like the Lush 2 better but liked the Lush 3 with the Gsqueeze. Which would you suggest with the intent to be to use them sometimes together and sometimes separate?
Thank you so much for your work!
You’re so welcome, thank you for reading!
Hmm, I’m sure G squeeze size choice depends on what size you’re comfortable with normally: like if you have any insertable toys you enjoy or how large any penis-having partner’s member has been (assuming that partner’s size was comfortable for you!).
The Lush/G squeeze combo really is wide, especially when you measure across the sides (like on the left side or the right side, not across the front or the back) because the Lush’s point sticks out a lot.
I do like the vibe feel of the Lush 2 more by itself, but it’s not a massive difference — and the stability of the Lush 3’s tail makes the pairing with the G squeeze better for me, since the 3’s tail will stay against my clit better.
Yes, totally, you could use the two toys separately or together. I really like “versatile” combos like this one, and the Pillow Talk sassy + We-Vibe Melt.
