The Le Wand Chrome Grand Bullet has a certain look. An allure, with its metal body and rose-colored silicone sleeve. But the Grand Bullet’s real impact only becomes apparent when you hold it in your hand: it’s heavy! The shiny body-safe metal has the weight of a stainless steel sex toy like the (excellent) Njoy Pure Plug.
If you’re reading this review, I suspect you’ll want to know: But does the Le Wand Grand Bullet vibe perform as attractively as it looks? This review will discuss my experience, plus the extras that accompany the Grand Bullet.

Chrome Grand Bullet’s Power
The Le Wand Chrome Grand Bullet starts out with a deep rumble—and is surprisingly quiet too (always under 40 decibels). This “Grand” Bullet1 is bigger than the smaller Le Wand Bullet, and promises 40% more power too: the smaller Bullet vibrator’s top speed is slightly weaker than the Grand Bullet’s 3rd out of 4 speeds.
My interest was piqued by the “more power” part. But who am I kidding, I was most drawn in by the size. The Grand Bullet is a good choice for firm pressure if you prefer your vibes a little wider, or longer for easier grip. Its metal adds weight, and can be chilled (in ice water) if you want to really tingle your clitoris. That’s a fun add-on to the vibrating power.
My findings on the Le Wand Grand Bullet’s 4 steady speeds:
- Speed 1 is deep and rumbly.
- Speed 2 cranks it up some—stronger & higher-pitched.
- Speed 3 is pretty strong, and at my personal limit for buzz.
- Speed 4 is more than I need, especially together with the weight!
The Le Wand Chrome Bullet’s intensity left me thinking of two high-quality remote vibrators, the Ohmibod Esca 2 and Lovense Lush 3. That’s because all these toys are pretty strong but not the strongest or the rumbliest. I rank the Le Wand Grand Bullet as from 4.5 to 6.5 (out of 10) for vibration power, increasing in power as you progress from function #1 to #4. For vibration rumble (depth, low-pitch intensity), it runs from 9.0 to 5.9 out of 10 for rumbliness.
It’s stronger than all other metal vibrators I’ve tried: certainly more kickin’ than the tiny-by-comparison Crave Vesper necklace. And, the Grand Bullet is the strongest of the Le Wand Chrome metal collection (actually, it’s about equal to the Double Vibe for vibration strength, but the Grand Bullet is more weighty).
It’s all a matter of degrees…which is why I work to rank vibes comparatively. The Chrome Grand Bullet surpasses my own need for bullet-sized power, and I believe most users will find it reasonably strong, but it is not a Magic Wand level of whoa!! vibration strength.
My Experience
Now, beginning 2024, I’ve found myself picking the silvery Grand Bullet up & enjoying just the slickness. Pure heavy metal; no silicone adorning it. Rounded and so smooth.
I appreciate that the Le Wand Bullet is wider than most bullet vibes, cuz I’m a broad stimulation person, I like my vibrators medium-to-thick. Not tiny and focused.
Once, when I was just about to finish on the Grand Bullet, I suddenly had to try temperature play2 with it. I stuck it in a glass of ice water, just for 15 seconds…and oh.my.god. The tingliness. It’s a thrill. It actually turned me on more, instead of cooling my desire off.
When I first got the Grand Bullet, I preferred the bumpy silicone sheath for my Grand Bullet testing sessions. (Interesting how preferences can change!!!) I could still feel the metal’s weight under the silicone, pressing into my vulva as I held the Grand Bullet’s 5-inch length. I found myself getting off on the smooth top of the attachment every time… And before that, some gentle rubbing with the bumpy sides of the sheath was vulva-explorific.
The Grand Bullet is not my favorite vibrator ever, but the slick metal is an awesome change of pace when I want somethin’ hard pressing into, and sliding along, my clit and vulva.
Aesthetically, it looks kick-ass, it’s easy to lock and put in its travel pouch. And I love how it seems extra-suitable to hold against my clit when I’m getting pounded by my best sex machine’s silvery stroking rod.
Le Wand Grand Bullet’s second attachment is an oval with two textured sides: wavy and extra-bumpy. You must insert the Grand Bullet’s top two inches into the vagina in order to reach its textures, anchored where the Bullet narrows down. I’ve never gotten very much from this usage, personally; but whatever, it’s an optional attachment.
Care & Cleaning
The Grand Bullet is fully waterproof, so it’s good for either bath or shower.
To wash, rub the bullet vibrator down with your favorite handsoap under running water. If you’re using the bumpy attachment, spend 30 seconds scrubbing soap over that. If you’ve removed the silicone attachment at any point, be sure to wash the Grand Bullet’s metal directly, too.
Vibration Functions & Extras
The Le Wand Grand Bullet has 15 total vibration functions: the 4 steady speeds, plus 11 vibrating patterns. Cycle through the 15 functions via the power button.
To turn on the Grand Bullet the first time, you gotta hold down for almost 5 seconds to turn off the travel lock. Then, tap the power button again to start the vibration.
The Grand Bullet comes with a silky drawstring storage pouch, two silicone attachments, and a USB magnetic charging cable that lights up to show the Grand Bullet is charging properly:
It arrives with the bumpy silicone topper on the Grand Bullet, but that’s removable. Take it off to feel the Bullet’s slickness directly against your skin.
Final Thoughts
The Le Wand Grand Bullet is a stylin’ and weighty sex toy. Its vibes are fairly powerful, and they start deep.
But true to its name, this Chrome Bullet’s big claim to fame is the metal body. It’s slick and smooth if you want to use the bullet alone. Or add the silicone cap attachment for rounded-bumpy texture, to grind against your vulva.
For me, the Grand Bullet’s speed #3 pairs well with the heavy, rounded tip. This toy is longer than most bullet vibes—almost the length of a “classic slimline” vibrator—so it’s easy to grip and exert pressure 🏋️ where I need it. It’s a pretty toy that also performs effectively: IF you don’t need *the absolute most* power.
