Pris Toys Review – 2 Fancy Silicone Dildos!

I love it when independent, hand-crafting toy makers pull off somethin’ new, and Pris Toys has done it with artisan dildos now in both dual-density (two layers of silicone) and triple-density (three layers!).

Multi-layer silicone dildos are a rare find among indie dongsmiths, since they require extra work & craft to create successfully (without delamination or an off-center core).

I tested Pris Toys’ Android Trinity (3 layers of platinum silicone) and the Syren dual-density (two layers): The Syren dildo is an explosion of drippy waves and stimulation ripples, while the Android dildo is smooth. Yet the Syren Dual’s *squish* satisfied my curiosity about how Pris Toys’ dildos compare… vs. each other, and other multiple-layered silicone dils.

Pris Toys Triple-density Android vs. dual-density Syren - handmade silicone dildos

Android Triple-D Dildo Pros & Cons

All Pris Toys are handmade of platinum-cured silicone, U.S.-sourced, in Texas. The Android Triple ($140) has:

Pros: The smoothest glide. Two outer layers together approximate the softness of a dual-layer dildo. Very gentle + subtle; easy to move fast comfortably. Streamlined. Curved for light G-spot/P-spot massage.

Cons: Firm outer layer is thin, but not skin-soft. Not for anyone seeking realistic skin textures, since it’s so smooth.

Pris Toys Dual-Density Recap

Pris Toys’ dual-density dildos include the Syren dual, Android dual, Talon, Monolith, and Basilisk II.

Pros: Squishy outer layer = more pleasingly soft for sensitive users. More dildo-shapes available in dual-density. Firm core adds balance, so the shaft is not floppy.

Cons: Stickier to the touch (lubricant alleviates this, though.)

My Android Dildo Experience

The Android Trinity gives a very slick, gliding feel. Its smooth, firm “skin” can be either a pro or a con: Your tastes will determine which.

It’s very low-drag (once lubricated). If you dislike texture, the Android’s smoothness could be your go-to. The 10A-Shore outer skin is thin, so it doesn’t feel hard. And, it’s less sticky vs. many a super-soft silicone dildo!

Android Triple Density silicone dildo - squish

But it isn’t squishy. Instead, as a triple-layer toy, this Android dildo’s middle layer is the super-soft ‘n’ squishy part. You can feel it within as you squeeze the dildo’s head or shaft, but it’s not directly touching you.

And finally — like with a dual-layer toy! — you have the firm silicone core, which keeps the Android from bending as much under pressure. This is great for vaginal use in particular for me, since multi-layer toys give a less flaccid impression vs. soft-soft dildos that aren’t thick. (Whereas my butt is A-OK with a toy being 100% super-soft and flexible).

I like the Android Trinity as a smooth change of pace if I’ve previously overdone it with a bigger, high-texture toy. As a phallophile, I’m finding the smoothness not my personal best, just because I can’t step away from wanting skin-line texture or some kind of fantasy ripples in my dildos, all the time. It’s a “me” problem. 😄

Pris’ Android Trinity triple-density.

The triple-density silicone here feels well put-together, all the layers united well, and the densities carefully chosen. I’m impressed by Pris Toys’ work at pulling this off.

The Android is also available in dual-density (Strawberry Lemonade) or “dual cosmic” + 2 other colors dual-density, if you want the softest silicone layer to directly touch your skin!

My Pris Toys Syren Dildo Experience

The drippiest dildo I’ve ever done! Intrigued by the Syren’s running lines, and waves I can’t decide whether to call “feathery” or “scaly”: I had to try it as a stark contrast with the Pris Android’s polished surface.

It’s the first dual-density fantasy dildo I’ve tried! With both the Syren dual and the (slightly-less-bumpy) Talon dual-density dildo by Pris, the outer layer is the lovely squish of Ecoflex 00-30, very-soft silicone. I lubed it up, and I got headed to town on the big head, then all the bubbly-bumps down the shaft — encouraged by the delightfully soft feel.

The first time I tested the Syren, I considered how… magical it looked, like it was sexy sorcery.

Pris Toys Syren fantasy silicone dildo - insane textures

I was so enthusiastic about riding on the diamond-shaped yonic area down the shaft, I later realized the mouth of my vag was in a touch of discomfort. Go slow, don’t ride too hard on the big bubbles here!

Anyway, I was normal again the next day, having learned my lesson about going too hard on the big drips. Relax, Phallophile… Later tests found the Syren’s rippling head a fun time for slow G-spot thrusting. The drips on the sides of the shaft are very different: they’re the most texture I can remember feeling on the right and left sides of my vaginal opening. (Usually, I get sensation from the front wall more than anywhere else).

The Syren is large, very filling, and textured: All together, it’s a smart toy to move slowly and absorb the extra ripples and bumps. Best orgasms for me are while using a “clit sucker” like We-Vibe Melt, strong pulsing, while I’m jam-packed with this size:

Suction Cup Bases

Both Syren and Android, and several other Pris Toys models, include a suction-y base that’s functional on smooth surfaces. Pris clearly states “no promises” on these bases sticking to non-smooth surfaces, which is honest.

You probably don’t want to lean forward a lot or push your full body weight against the suction cup base.

Pris Toys review - suction cup strength

Like with Vixen Creations suctiony bases, there is a trick: Be sure to push down as hard as you possibly can against the base before trying to use the dildo. You’re looking to remove as much air as possible, in order to create a stronger seal with the platinum silicone base. Then, mine sticks great to a flat bathtub edge, it’s stuck perfectly to the stainless steel suction cup holder on my Hismith Premium f-machine. It’ll stick for a few minutes on textured surfaces (but won’t stay long-term on the sheet metal pictured above).

Care & Cleaning

Platinum-cured silicone (like any good indie silicone maker is using) is easy enough to clean. You truly only need soap and water.

With the more intricately textured Pris Toys (like Syren), spend an extra minute massaging soap over the crevices. If you miss anything, it’s not worrisome, however, because cured silicone is hydrophobic: it repels the water molecules that bacteria & fungi need to survive. Any missed lube in a crevice will be visible after the toy dries the first time, and you can just wash that off before the next use.

Recap & Rating

I love that we can get fantasy dils, with all their surprising texture, in dual-density silicone now. Hats-off to Pris Toys for adding that layer of stability: my vag is grateful for the firmness within.

And the three-density Android Trinity dildo, too: It’s well-thought out. This abstractly semi-phallic toy has a combo of glide + squish below that doesn’t exist in other silicone dildos. The Android’s placid surface is the reverse of the Syren: just smooth flow, no drips, scales, bumps nor waves! The Syren’s hyper-textured nature is for goin’ slow and feelin’ all the drips pressing in.

  1. Would you consider reviewing the Pris Toys Nova at some point? It’s like Epiphora’s favorite, but other people don’t seem to like it so much, so I’m kinda on the fence about it

    • The Nova’s ridge looks dramatic! Which isn’t *bad* for me, and I like the dimensions of the Nova for filling, though I’ve mainly moved to using dildos with a ridge that’s noticeable but not so *imposing*, which I’d assume the Nova is. (Possibly because I’ve gotten lazy about hand-thrusting & use everything on the sex machine now, lol.)

I am really impressed at how good Pris Toys makes Smooth-On silicone feel in their Syren dual. I should probably try one of their smoother dual-density toys, the Syren is A.LOT. with the textured thrusting.

  2. I have the Basilisk and Scylla and they’re both so pretty. The Basilisk is a girthy challenge for me, rather than a daily toy. I’m considering one of the others like Solaris or Pegasus Lite. These are so nice to hold and don’t hurt, so I’m gaining a brand new love of dildos. I never saw the purpose before, but now I do.

  3. In comparison to Uberrime Splendid and VixenCreations Mustang, does PrisToys Android have the best* features of the two combined, Splendid smoothness and Mustang squish? Asking because, though I don’t have either toys, I do know I’d like something that is very soft but also smooth rather than sticky (I heard that is a common complaint about Vixen silicone in general), so Android seems like it would be perfect, for roughly about 20-40 dollars more than Mustang (another note on that, noticed that Vixen prices seem to jump around recently, even their single density models becoming expensive).

(*to me, since “best” is subjective when it comes to toys)

Also, in review, you mentioned the coloration you got is Nuclear Winter? Isn’t that the purple-blue one, and the white one is Mystic Crystal?

    • Hi, good morning! If you’re going for *squish* specifically, I’d say that the dual-density Android provides that more directly than the Android Trinity triple. Like, there’s some squish underneath the outer layer, and it combines to make the toy softer overall, but it’s less tactile *squish* sensation vs. the soft outside of a dual-layer silicone product.

Android’s head is more… sleek, more flowing vs. the bulky *pop* of the Mustang or the Splendid—whose ridges I’d call more “prominent.”
I can shoot a photograph of all three of those lying flat side-by-side, if that could be helpful to you, just let me know.

Yeah, I may be wrong about the color names; it would be nice if Pris Toys had it set to switch to the specific color image when you click on that variant.
