My Review Criteria

“Perfect Penis” as a dildo name is as superlative as “the best vibrator.” You may not like what your friend likes; no single product works for everyone. But, there are general trends that fit *most* people.
And I appreciate that Hankey’s Toys gave the name to a dildo that’s genuinely bangin’ for good anal play. The Perfect Penis dildo’s streamlined shape, slightly popping ridge, and spot-on skin lines = it’s a sweet anal dildo.
The skin textures came through so well on this model. They’re not too raised, not draggy; but they are noticeable when I slow down and thrust this toy vaginally.
The ridge… lightly raised, just enough to feel its *bump* as it passes my G-spot. Not imposing; its primary goal isn’t G-spot play. Going deeper, ramming the Perfect Penis Dildo’ comfortable, soft head all the way back is the best for me vaginally.

- 40% Soft, about 00-30 Shore: The softest option, squishy in smaller (6″ or less circ.) toys. Choose 40% for more realism in thick toys: like when I got the smallest-size Goliath, I should’ve gotten 40% Soft.
- 75% Soft, about 00-50 Shore: Popular squeezable-fleshy density.
- Med Firm, 8–9A: The firmness of an erection, except with zero soft skin feel. Opt for it if you don’t want your silicone dildo to bend as you thrust.
- Extra Firm, ?A: The hardest silicone option, obviously! Choose if you want more pressure: Could be good for ultra-curved G- & P-spot toys like the Captain Hook dildo. I haven’t tried this density since I think Med Firm is already over-firm!

How to Position
You can choose Vac-hole or No Vac-hole from the “Attachment Hole” dropdown when ordering a Perfect penis dildo, and that’ll make a big different in how you use the dildo.
Hankey’s Vac hole cavity is tighter than that of Doc J. Vac-U-Lock dildos, but Hankey’s hole will fit Vac-U attachments or most (less than 1″ wide) bullet vibrators.
The Vac-hole lets you position any Hankey’s Toy:
- On a fucking machine with Vac-peg attachment. (I have one for my Hismith Premium machine, pictured.) This is the laziest option for using Hankey’s Toys, and absolutely the way if you wanna get continuously pounded, without having to ride.
- There’s a suction cup attachment available, sold separately. Best for sticking onto horizontal surfaces, i.e., smooth flooring.
- On a harness with a Vac-U peg connector.
If you don’t go for the Vac hole, the Hankey’s Toys dildo will have a normal, flat base. For the Perfect Penis dildo size medium and up, a double-sided suction cup would make it stick to smooth floor / tile (but small size’s base is too small for the suction cup to latch on).
Care & Cleaning
To clean, just use your normal handsoap and scrub the Perfect Penis under running water from your sink.
It’s compatible with all lubricants. Using silicone lubricant will create more a film on the cured silicone, though, so it’s a pain to clean off, IMO.
Hankey’s Toys silicone can be stored with other platinum silicone dildos. (Don’t store it with cheap PVC or jelly toys.) The current blend of Hankey’s 75% Soft silicone is not too sticky, meaning it’s not exuding dimethicone “silicone oil” as much as, say, VixSkin dildos do. But, you might avoid storing a Hankey’s dildo directly touching any silicone-coated vibrator, since super-soft silicones can make thin vibe coats swell up and begin delaminating from the plastic motor core below.

Hankey’s Toys Perfect Penis Dildo (4 possible sizes) is dead-up excellent as an anal dildo, if you like realistic dongs. The ridge is stimulating, but not super-raised; so it glides better. The skin line texture is fantastic, so precisely captured. Pair it with coconut oil (or Sliquid Silk or X-Lube, as you please) and you’re good to go.
Since it’s very streamlined, it’s not a G-spot dildo / not a strong prostate stimulator. It’s for a smooth + skin feel thrust session, just easy in-and-out. That’s in the small size: it does come in XL sizes too. LG/XL and XXL are still the enormous SIZE FAN level the brand is known for. In those giganto sizes, probably opt for the 30% Soft Firmness option at checkout. (Silicone feels harder as it gets thicker).
For my holes, the 75% Soft firmness is best in the small Perfect Penis, imitating flesh most closely.

Right, I see the logic in that. The greater hardness would be a negative that outweighs the “less flop” for me, also because I prefer slower anal thrusting, so that also reduces flop with the 75% Soft. Very valid to prefer the medium-firm density, but I wouldn’t choose it personally.
