SquarePegToys Wyatt Review – Soft Silicone Anal Dildo

Getting the Wyatt dildo’s head in…and then it’s liftoff. This is the bangin’-est anal dildo I know. Super-slick head, flared mushroom shape. Then, lots of shaft; fleshy-soft and skin-textured.

Wyatt by SquarePegToys is made of super-soft platinum silicone. The silicone’s squish is excellent, as its softness moves inside. I got two Wyatts with the FlushCup suction cup base to test: “Actual Size” (a human penis, morphed into a silicone dildo) and “1X” (larger-than-life). Both have that flared head *pop*, an expansive shaft, and length…

SquarePegToys’ Super-Soft Silicone

SquarePeg’s SuperSoft silicone blend is dreamy. It’s the right density for creating a “fleshy” feel, carefully chosen by the first-ever maker of 100%-soft-silicone dildos and plugs. SuperSoft comes in 3 colors for Wyatt: Chestnut (tan), trademark Bronze (copper-y), and Graphite (silver-gray). All are very squeezable!!!

…And it’s flexible, so it does bend. Wyatt’s thickening shaft—it gets wider, as you take more inches—helps stabilize it some. Wyatt is less bendy-floppy than the Leo dildo’s lower shaft, for example. Speaking of SquarePeg’s most-popular penis-life-cast… Wyatt may be tied as my new fave. The run-down:

Wyatt’s Features Vs. Other SquarePegToys Dildos

How the Wyatt silicone dildo compares to SPT’s other realistic dildos:

  1. Wyatt. Best length + interesting head combo.
  2. Leo. The looongest boi, Leo is a classic. It’s the one if you like deeper probing. Smaller, curvy head. Leo dildo version 2.0’s got more skin lines still than other SquarePeg realistics. IMO, Leo walks the fine line, avoiding both “too draggy” and “unrealistically slick,” all over.
  3. Steve. The best G-/ P-spot stimulator. Steve’s head flares, plus the shaft curves strongly forward. Thickness is the key here: the wider shaft keeps Steve’s head pushing into your spot. (Great with Vac-U-hole on a sex machine attachment.)
  4. Dirk. Two poses of the same uncircumcised penis: smaller with foreskin retracted, and fully erect with skin up. The 1X (larger) size fits my personal preference for uncut cocks about 2” diameter, so I’m a fan.
  5. Nathan. Now the smoothest SquarePeg realistic dildo. Its subdued ridge slides subtly.
  6. Mel. A tapered tip segues into a quickly-thicker shaft. Mel also has length—just not as much as Leo!

My Wyatt Dildo Experience

The feeling when Wyatt pops right in, you may wanna linger there. Let the smooth ridge pull in and out in and out; so much focus in the anal canal. Then of course you got a move a little bit deeper. Stroking Wyatt’s shaft farther in, next. Longer thrusts.

It’s so comfortable because of the super-soft silicone; but also so stimulating, because of Wyatt’s size and girth.

Actual Size is already thick as I take more. Filling, and expanding me:

I tried Actual Size vaginally first—but then moved onto an anal focus. (And moved to 1X for vaginal stretch.) With Actual Wyatt size—the one that SquarePeg’s founder Scott molded from a human dude—I’m needing about half an hour anal prep., stretching with smaller toys, before being ready for Wyatt’s popping head and thickening shaft

All 3 colors (Bronze, Chestnut, Graphite) have glittery mica pigment, sometimes creating swirls of color. If you look closely, you’ll see gold glittery notes in Chestnut color, right in photo.

The smoothness of Wyatt’s head is great for me anally. Slick up the lightly textured shaft with a bit of coconut oil, then it’s the best pounding rectally.

Easing down onto Wyatt suction-cupped to the floor, then feeling its rounded ridge as I rock my hips—that’s really good anal.

Personally, Actual Size Wyatt (over 6-inches circumference lower shaft) is my “I don’t need any more” size, for anal dildos. So, 1X size is reserved for my less-reserved hole, the vagina. I love the Wyatt shaft’s skin textures here; little skin lines, pores and more.

Wyatt dildo 1X large size by SquarePegToys review

The Wyatt dildo’s head has a shape I super-appreciate in real penises, that forward-flaring, “mushroom” like head. But Wyatt’s coronal ridge itself is smoother than life, streamlined and stylized: A more-focused firm line, vs. the lip that an au naturel cock’s corona (ridge) possesses. Vaginally, I’d prefer to see Wyatt’s ridge more natural, a.k.a. less smoothed-out. That’s a contrast with my anal preferences.

Wyatt is a sweet time when I’m using a good clitoral vibrator (very easy to fit into play with the Swan Max. Bullet—my favorite small vibrator—’s loop encircling my first two fingers). It’s better for A-spot or posterior fornix (“deep spot”) stimulation.1 For the pounding farther inside!

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Super-Soft silicone feels fleshy.
  • Thick & long: For fans of bigger dildos.
  • Choose between 3 sizes.
  • Flared head pops for more feeling.
  • Shaft thickens: for fullness as you take more length, and for stability.
  • Excellent as an anal dildo:
  • Comfortable thrusting & riding.
  • American-made, quality platinum silicone.
  • Great price for the silicone quality.
  • Suction cup base option.
  • Soft silicone = Flexible. Good if you want the dildo to bend with your hole.
  • Smoothed-out ridge. Glides great!

Cons

  • Soft silicone = Flexible. Some people prefer harder pressure.
  • Smoothed-out ridge. Not 100% realistic.
  • Not for anyone who needs a smaller-sized phallus!

Suction Cup vs. Vac-U Harness Hole

Wyatt is available with two base choices: FlushCup (suction) or SquarePegHole (open hole).

The suction cup version is more standard; while the SquarePegHole version means Wyatt’s shaft has an open cavity in the last couple inches. You fill it with a Vac-U style attachment: for adding stability to a fucking machine’s dildo, or for mounting a big Wyatt onto a leather strap-on harness.

I’m happy with how Wyatt’s FlushCup suction cup has performed. It’s a ring of silicone attached to the bottom of Wyatt’s harness’s flat base, so it will stick to smooth surfaces. It sticks on the not-so-smooth tile on my bathroom floor, even. I probably wouldn’t recommend it for hard shower sex, though, just because of how easy it is to pull a suction cup off the wall that way.

To apply the FlushCup, press down firmly on Wyatt’s lower shaft. That will remove air under the FlushCup to get a stronger seal.

Wyatt Summarized

Overall, Wyatt is an anal toy all the way IMO. And more than just any anal dildo: One of the best. You have to feel the meatiness of this super-soft silicone.

If you enjoy big-to-bigger dildos, and you like ’em soft, I can’t recommend Wyatt enough. As a body-safe silicone choice for anal penetration, the Wyatt dildo is fab. It’s a big, beautiful dong. SquarePegToys’ platinum silicone is among the best in the sex toy industry, for quality and feel. It will stand the test of time, not degrading like cheap dildos.

  1. Both of those are deeper vaginal areas, in front of and behind/above the vaginal cervix; vs. the G-spot being closer to the vaginal opening.

  1. As always, I appreciate your thorough reviews. I am a fan of the Nathan 1x in both soft and firm and the Steve 1x. I use the Nathan AS in soft and firm to warm up after using the medium egg plug. I recently considered purchasing the Mel Small Firm or the Wyatt AS or 1x. I could not find a review solely on the Mel Small in soft or firm. Just a few mentions in other reviews. I am curious to know which you would recommend for anal between the Mel and Wyatt. Lastly, how does the Wyatt compare to the Steve? Thank you.

    • Hi, thank you so much!
You’re correct, I’ve never gotten to reviewing the Mel separately; I have it in SuperSoft Actual Size and in Firmer Actual Size.

Here are few thoughts on the differences:

      – Wyatt’s ridge just sticks out farther, so it depends on whether someone likes that bit of pressure. It’s more stimulation.
      – The Mel is more about the thickness in its mid-shaft pushing in and out. It feels… bulkier up top, stretching the anal canal. For me, it’s a little harder to manage because I prefer the SuperSoft silicone in this size, but then at the same time, Mel’s leftward curve seems harder to control and it throws me off a tad mentally. I suppose I just prefer mostly-symmetrical dildos overall vs. right or left curves.
      – Steve thickens a bit more than Wyatt in its lower shaft, proportionally, so it’s less flexible even in SuperSoft, which I like. But, Wyatt has more length, so it’s easier to ride suction-cupped. Steve’s head angles in a way that I feel more contact area from its head than from Wyatt’s. The heads are fairly similar, though, both have the forward curve and a pronounced ridge.

To answer your question, I’d pick Wyatt first for anal, though Mel’s good (just doesn’t impress me as much personally). I guess Mel would be better for anyone who just wants a smoother expansion into a pretty-thick size, rather than more texture / popping stimulation from a toy’s head.

      • I have been eyeing the Steve for a while, then came along Wyatt. I am looking to try a SPT for the first time (especially because of price vs. a 2nd Vixen purchase). For vaginal strap-on use, would you be able to add in any more opinion on the differences between the two (and or actuals vs. 1x)? Thanks

        • So, Steve feels girthier to me because it’s proportionally stockier: more girth for shorter length, which also makes it bend less in the Super-Soft. Both Steve and Wyatt’s heads have streamlined, not-truly-phallic ridges. Steve curves forward a tad more, again possibily because it retains its shape slightly better (being less proportionally long). Wyatt to me seems to have more realistic skin textures, but once it’s lubed and thrusting at a normal to fast pace, it’s not noticeably different. They’re fairly similar products, so go for Wyatt if you want more length for the same girth and don’t mind that it bends backward slightly more during fast thrusting.

For the size differences within the same toys, just choose based on how much thickness you prefer; since the proportions are the same, the sizes perform the same in terms of texture and flexibility. I’m not a depth-play fan, so I can’t say that longer is in any way better insertion-wise, though in a harness it’ll give you more room to work with for sure.
