The best Satisfyer? I’ve found it! Satisfyer Luxury clit pulsators are the most premium product Satisfyer has yet produced. The Satisfyer Luxury Prêt-à-Porter/Haute Couture and High Fashion are more stylish than previous Satisfyers, more comfortable, and also vibrate.
Prêt-à-Porter is by far my favorite *Satisfyer*: but does it stand up to Womanizer standards? We’ll see.

The Functions
Like most Satisfyer clit pulsators, the Prêt-à-Porter, Haute Couture, and High Fashion have 11 intensities of blowing air. Prêt-à-Porter and Haute Couture echo the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation’s intensities closely. The new models feel just slightly lower on intensity #1. They’re the most “whisper-like” air pulsation stimulators out there—so gentle at the beginning, even more “butterfly wings” than the (excellent) Womanizer Premium.
As noted in my air pulsation/”clit sucker” ranking, I believe that Satisfyer toys’ pulsations generally aren’t as “thuddy” as Womanizer ones. Satisfyers still go very fast on the higher levels, and can be intensely satisfying for many users. They just…*flap* more. And they certainly don’t produce the almost-sucky sensations that the We-Vibe Melt does.
And of course I can’t forget the vibrations, a huge add-on to several new Satisfyer models. These Satisfyer Luxury toys pulse out air and vibrate too. They’re like the clitoral equivalent of vibrating thrusting dildos, doing two things at once.
Like in most thrusting vibes, the vibration quality is not rumbly. Does that mean “not enjoyable”? Not necessarily—the pulsation underneath makes the buzzier quality ignore-able for me, as we’ll see in the next section.
Satisfyer Luxury vibe motors have 3 steady speeds and 7 patterns. The first two steady speeds remind me of the power of the (renowned) We-Vibe Tango’s first 2 levels. *Except* the Satisfyer toys are much higher-pitched, enough that when I turn on the vibes I’m always like, “Whoa, that’s louder than I was expecting!” Every single time. Anyway, steady speed #3—the highest one—is marginally less powerful than Tango speed #3 of 4. That means pretty strong, not super-duper strong. It’s something like a Le Wand Bullet: pretty good, not knocking my socks off.
Operating Satisfyer Luxury toys’ vibration + pulsation functions together takes a little getting used to; it’s not immediately intuitive. (I say this as someone who learned how to build a website in 2 days.)
The bottom, circular button turns the vibes on/off and lets you cycle through all 10 functions (3 steady, 7 patterns). Then the up (+) and down (–) arrows let you move higher or lower in air pulsation intensity. That’s obvious—but the trick is that to turn the pulsation on or off, you need to hold down the + button for several seconds. (I had to unlearn trying to turn both functions off via the bottom button, which only controls the vibrations.)
Satisfyer Luxury Pret-a-Porter
The Prêt-à-Porter (in a muted rose, chrome, and white leather) is the same toy as the Satisfyer Luxury Haute Couture (white, gold-ish, and black).
Prêt-à-Porter is the best Satisfyer toy in existence, in my opinion. Its head opening is poured from a 10A-shore silicone (almost soft) that’s silky. Its circular shape juts outward in a way that makes me envision a lip. I’m still sold on the oval openings/stimulation heads for air pulsation toys, all the way. They help me get the easiest fit, without my labia getting in the way.
But this Satisfyer’s slanted circle feels mouth-like enough when I turn up the pulsation speed. Nibbling, in a comfortable way. It’s a world of improvement over Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Gen.’s thicker, harder-silicone mouth (see specs chart here for lots of info).
Then the vibes come in…speed #1 is a little weak for me, while speed #2 is the best. Speed #3 typically passes my personal limit for “too buzzy.” So I stick to vibe speed 2 and those quick, fluttering-air laps till I come faster than I do with any toy of this category (except We-Vibe Melt).
As much as I wish the vibe quality was a little deeper…the Satisfyer Luxury Prêt-à-Porter’s pulsating-vibrating duo is more all-in-one. I love that the two functions are independently adjustable, so I can go as high or low with the pulsation *and* the vibration as I want. That’s unlike the Lelo Sona 2s, which I truly enjoy for their smaller mouths, megaphone-like vibro-pulsation, and easier-to-hold size. Lelo Sonas are rumblier…but I can’t choose to go up in vibe intensity without speeding up the puffs of air too.
Speaking of holding this toy: Prêt-à-Porter’s straight body is LONG. It sticks straight out, quite a ways. It’s like the clit-pulsing version of a full-sized wand, Hitachis especially: you may find yourself reaching forward, or using lots o’ pillows behind your back. Because of the interesting shape, I cannot stick this toy between my legs and let it do its thing hands-free; nor can I sit on it and using while review-writing like I’m wont to do with Womanizer Liberty or (the best) We-Vibe Melt.
Satisfyer Luxury High Fashion (vs. Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation)
Look kinda familiar? The Satisfyer High Fashion is a revamped Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation, with these upgrades:
- A super-soft silicone head (even softer than Satisfyer Prêt-à-Porter/Haute Couture)
- A brushed aluminum exterior that adds a little weight, and feels great in hand (“sleek” is 100% true)
- The vibes, of course!
The potential downside of that aluminum body, though? It looks fashion-shoot-ready, but…is it possible it’s dampening the pulsation strength? In the same way that vibes with metal casings generally feel less powerful than those with hard plastic shells?
I’m not 100% sure about the dynamics, but I can confidently say: Satisfyer Luxury High Fashion’s top pulsation intensity feels equivalent to the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation’s level #8 (out of 11), or to the Womanizer Premium’s level #9 (out of 12). If you like fairly gentle pulsations, you’ll be good with this toy. If you like really intense ones, you’ll be better off sticking to the top Womanizer/We-Vibe clit-blowers.
After I got a We-Vibe Melt, I said I hoped it would be part of a new trend in clit-pulsators: toward softer, more flexible silicone openings. Because soft = more comfortable on my labia. The Satisfyer Luxury High Fashion is most definitely that. At approximately 5A shore, the squishiness is unprecedented in this type of toy: approaching fantasy-dildo soft. Right off the bat, I wanted to love the Satisfyer High Fashion.
And it’s good, it’s just not quite my cup of tea. Like the Satisfyer Pro 2, I think the head opening is too chunky, too round. Getting a seal is difficult, with how my labia and hooded clit sit in my vulva.
More than that, the High Fashion’s polished metal body doesn’t wrap around my pubic bone almost elegantly, like the We-Vibe Melt does. Instead it sticks out in that awkward, otoscope shape shared by the Womanizer Pro 40 and a myriad of copycat toys. (Like the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Gen.)
I just keep circling back to how the We-Vibe Melt has spoiled me, there’s no helping that.
But the big thing that the Satisfyer High Fashion has that Melt doesn’t? The vibrations. They allow me to still come pretty good on the High Fashion. I may not be a huge fan of how the toy’s shape fits against my body, but it is undeniably orgasmic. I can’t help it, with the soft silicone mouth.
Final Thoughts
The new Satisfyer Luxury models are a step in the right direction for the company: better-feeling materials and a better look. And Satisfyer toys now do something that Womanizer ones don’t: vibrate too. Most of all, they have softer mouth openings—something this comfort fiend relishes.
For $130 to $150, the Satisfyer Luxury toys could have better vibrating motors. Less buzz, please, Satisfyer. For me, Satisfyer Luxury Prêt-à-Porter succeeds as an air-blowing combination, never as a pure vibrator. The silky and soft opening is so tempting, and I do like the aesthetic. It’s very cute!
But the air pulsation game is getting crowded… Why you might pick one of these toys over others? The Satisfyer Luxury highlights:
For Satisfyer Luxury Prêt-à-Porter & Haute Couture:
- All the power of the Satisfyer Pro 2 Next Generation…
- But with that softer opening.
- And the pretty metallic accents!
- The angled circle gives a more mouth-like sensation than the Pro 2’s flat one.
For Satisfyer High Fashion:
- If you don’t want the toy to get so strong, High Fashion’s top-speed pulses are less intense.
- Smoooshy silicone mouth, mmm.
- Brushed metal feels great in hand.
