Blush Neo Elite Dildo Review: Realistic Dual Layer Silicone

Neo Elite review_ dual density silicone dildo comparison by size

As a professional dildo reviewer, I have a verdict: Blush Neo Elite Dildos are simply the best affordable realistic dildos. Each Neo Elite dildo is revolutionary for their price: For $30–$36, you get two layers of body-safe platinum silicone. This dual-density construction makes Neo Elite dildos both soft (like skin) and stable (like a hard-on). I own 25 dual-density silicone dildos now, and Blush Neo Elite is the one line I recommend to every reader who asks for a penis-like toy. (I also recommend the VixSkin Mustang and BMS Naked Addiction a lot: price points $114 and $60, respectively.)

The Blush Neo Elite dildo lineup contains 4 different shapes, each in 2 bright colors, so a total of 8 choices. This updated review examines six Blush Neo Elite dildo models (including new bigger sizes, the 8″ and 9″ released in 2021!), and compares their distinct features. See also the Glow Neos review here, including 2 nonphallic (less realistic-looking) models.

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls

The Classic One

The Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls (pictured in orange, above; also comes in pink, below) has a classic shape: a slight forward tilt and a bell-shaped head. These G-spot-friendly traits come through best when I’m riding the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls. The toy’s outer layer of silicone is quite nice and soft,1 but the ridge sticks out enough to tug gently at my G-spot each time it moves outward. It’s a less of a whollop than the VixSkin Mustang’s bolder ridge.

I think that’s because this Neo Elite dildo is very precise in its stimulation, with an upward curving lip of a ridge that targets the spot. Mustang, that legend of a realistic dildo, feels wider to me, even though it’s technically the same width. Because Mustang’s ridge makes a quarter inch wider contact across.

I’ve seen multiple glowing reviews of the Neo Elite 7.5 with Balls for prostate. I made sure that All Male Sex Toys had a batch of Neo Elites before he wrote me his best anal dildos list, and he picked this shape as his favorite, saying, “I tried the 7.5 Incher with Balls and loved the exquisitely-shaped head and veined shaft…” Exquisite, now that’s high praise!

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch with Balls’ name may make it sound like a larger toy. But in reality, its 5.5 inches usable length and 1.5 inches diameter are dead-average size (for either a dildo or a penis).

Interestingly, this two-layered silicone dong feels slicker in use than its Neo Elite compatriots. The finish has more of a sheen, is even glossier than a slick dildo like Uberrime Splendid (also dual-density silicone).

Many will find this slicker finish more comfortable (my ass being one—slip & slide all the way for anal). Compared to the similar NS Colours Dual Density 5 Inch, Neo Elite feels smoother when I’m thrusting it. It glides more, drags less, eats less lube.2 Though I sometimes want the extra drag of the Colours Dual Density 5 Inch (or the extra girth of the Colours Dual 8 Inch!), I know other users find the mold’s veins borderline irritating. The smoother finish of Neo Elite helps minimize friction. I can just barely feel the veins: I have to focus. That’s a big change from the more prominent textures of the similar-looking NS ColourSoft one-layer silicone dildos.

And last, the balls on this toy are GREAT. So squishy. I enjoy squeezing them almost as much as I enjoy thrusting this dildo.

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch (No Balls!)

The Long One

So the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo sounds like it should be the same length as the 7.5 Inch with Balls. (The names are so generic!) But this long, tapered toy actually gives you an extra inch and a half of insertable length to work with.

And YES, I enjoy working with that extra length! I put the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch into my Suction Cup Dildo Positions recommendation list almost right after I got it. It’s a strong suction cup: the other Neo Elites have pretty good suction cups, but this one is the best of the bunch.

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch’s shaft stretches in a delightful way when it’s suction cupped to any flat surface and tugged on. I love pulling on it, grinding on it.

The toy is also good for gentle cervical stimulation, because it goes deep easily and it’s not hard. It caresses the cervix rather than punching it.

I also recommend it as a comfortable dildo for anyone who’s just getting into anal play. The widest point of the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo’s head is 1.25 inches across, so within the realm of possibility for someone who has a little anal play experience.3 Neo Elite 7.5 Inch’s shaft widens gradually until it reaches 1.5″ diameter (average girth) just an inch above the suction cup base.

This Neo Elite Dildo isn’t going to give you intense G-spot (or prostate) pressure: it’s not a Pure Wand. It’s all about feeling the soft, veiny shaft rubbing against my opening as I move. The more length I take, the thicker it gets. More thickness at your hole.

(And if you are wanting to use any Neo Elite dildo for both vaginal and anal play, the body-safe silicone is fully sanitizable, so you can kill bacteria, yeast, etc., on it!)

Neo Elite 8 Inch Dildo

My New Favorite

The Neo Elite 8 Inch dildo has a “notched” ridge that really pop-pull-tugs against my G-spot, which is great. I prefer it since its head is bigger than the 7.5 Inch with Balls’, and I think the new silicone finish for the bigger Neo Elite models (8 Inch & 9 Inch released in September 2021) feels better to. (It’s a nicer matte finish for more skin-feel, vs. the IMO unnatural slickness of the 7.5 Inch with Balls. Some people do enjoy a lot of slickness, though.)

This dildo is not 2 inches wide; Blush Novelties’ product dimensions are erroneous.4 In reality, the 8 Inch measures 1.6 inches diameter across the front (or back) of the shaft; its head is fairly long, but not thick, comparatively. Then, it’s almost 1.75 inches diameter when you measure left-to-right, dildo on its side as seen below, from near the frenulum area to the front of that popping ridge. This is the part that really makes the Neo Elite 8 Inch seem bigger than the 7.5 Inch with Balls!

The Neo Elite 8 Inch (top, pink) is 7.25 inches long total, and has 6.5 inches insertable length if you push the “ball shelf” downward. Compare to the slightly longer length of the Neo Elite 9 Inch (bottom, blue): just over 7.5 inches insertable by 1.8 inches max. diameter.

The squishiness of the Neo Elite 8 Inch feels incredible. The balls are very squeezable and stick up high. (Which is fun for about three seconds under my fingers, until I’m trying to thrust this dildo by hand, at which point I wish they did not exist. Castrato dildos for the win.) Still, the suction cup on this Neo Elite 8 Inch is quite strong, and if you can take over 6 inches length, then the balls are suitable for grinding on. I half-managed this, while the Neo Elite 8 Inch’s head was burrowing way back against my posterior fornix. OR they can flap against your pelvic floor (if the dildo is worn in a harness or thrust fast by hand), which is an interesting secondary sensation. I wish all the skin textures were more visible to the eye in the Neo Elite 8 Inch I have: the bring pink color hides them in photos, but they are there in use! Still, it’s the Neo Elite 9 Inch that comes in the winner for most-silky skin lines…

Neo Elite 9 Inch Dildo

Is Bigger Better for You?

The Neo Elite 9 Inch Dildo has loads of lines! The retracted-foreskin ridging below the head offers the most stimulation, dragging and rubbing. The head ridge itself (always a focal point for my G-spot) is wide enough — but it’s also slanted toward one side, asymmetrically; and flattened almost as if it was smushed a bit. My G-spot wants a touch more prominence, especially because the head is so squishy, it bends backwards! So it’s all the shaft textures, the veins and foreskin lines plus the barrel-thickness, that I can feel in the Neo Elite 9 Inch. Thrust it fast, let it fill me, and then I’m coming.

Neo silicone 9 Inch, blue, far right. Versus, from left: Steve Harness actual size by SquarePegToys, which is 2 inches diameter; Neo Elite 8 Inch; Neo Elite Roxy gyrating dildo (which is 1.7 inches diameter at widest).

The big, united ball is a mass adding weight to the Neo Elite 9 Inch, and urging the toy’s head to lean forward more. I can see this one being super as a bigger anal dildo: for anyone who wants some thickness, and enough length to fill the whole rectum, in a toy that’s soft, comfortable, and easy to ride. The suction cup is not quite as strong as the Neo Elite 8 Inch, but sticks firmly to flat surfaces (like you should always use for best grip) when you push down to remove the air inside the cup before trying to use the dildo.

Neo Elite 7 Inch Dildo

The Previous-Thickest One (2019)

Why I didn’t request this dildo as part of my first Neo Elite order, I don’t know. It’s pretty thick, and I’m naturally drawn toward the thickness.

Oh wait, I do know: it was the backward curve that initially set me against the Neo Elite 7 Inch Dildo. I like coronal ridges rubbing on my G-spot, and backward curve generally means “bad for G-spot.” Maybe I was also a little biased, having never had a sex partner whose dick curved downward (only straight, left, or upward). But I stand corrected by this mid-level thick dildo.

The ridge does curve “backward,” but my G-spot is getting the squishy bulk of the back of the head plus—importantly—sensation from the frenulum. It forms a vertical ridge, connecting the shaft to the back of the dildo’s head. And then, the “7-Inch-er” here has 5.25 inches insertable length, which is so good for me because I can actually press my clit into the squishy balls below. (Or just squeeze them!) The shortness5 allows it to be dual-stimulating. Still, I really wish it curved forward rather than backward, and now will TOTALLY pick the Neo Elite 8 Inch first because I like how its ridge massages better.

Under the head, Neo Elite 7 Inch Dildo’s shaft is smooth—and almost velvety. If I had to describe one Neo Elite toy in two words, I’d zoom in on this one and say: “soft” and “luxurious.” I love touching it. I use it as a desk pal some days.

Neo Elite dildos
7 Inch in PANK, top; and 6 Inch in slime green, below.

Neo Elite 6 Inch Dildo

The One with the Long Balls

Neo Elite 6 Inch is just barely shorter than the 7 Inch (a quarter inch less insertable), it’s straight, and it has flat balls that extend farther out. It’s in sliiiiiime green here, but also available in pink. (Tip: If you want even greener, go for the Glow in the Dark version of the 7.5 Balls.)

What that means is: grinding time, all the way. Stick this toy to a chair and I can really feel the lines of Neo Elite 6 Inch’s scrotum coming through, even in the soft silicone. But if you’re looking to get more skin texture from the shaft too, check out the Silicone Willy’s 6 Inch instead: the same dildo in firmer silicone and with a hard plastic core. The lines in that one are more noticeable with the harder material.

I prefer this Neo Elite toy to the Silicone Willy’s one because it bends better when I’m sitting on it. With a slight backward lean, Neo Elite 6 Inch also is about overall penetration rather than spot pressure. Still, after I’m worked up from grinding on the balls, I can flip this dual-density dildo around and get off on the subdued ridge. I think this Neo Elite is more of a struggle to reach that climax than the other models, though, possibly because of its smaller stature and subdued ridge; not big selling points for me personaly.

On Lube & Your Neo Elite Dildo

Soft silicone tends to be more “lube hungry,” requiring more moisture for comfort. Lubricant is an essential. (It always is for anal, of course. But you don’t need to be a hero if you have a vagina, just keep the lube handy.)

My favorite lube for fast thrusting or riding, or super-soft silicone is Wicked Hybrid Jelle. It has a low silicone content and is safe with all silicone sex toys, no damage. It doesn’t drip, which is really helpful if you need to reposition before inserting your dildo, like you’re using the Neo Elite in a harness, or getting its suction cup positioned right, or adjusting the pillows behind or your head, or finding porn on your phone—the list goes on.

For the wettest feel (but a little more drippy), Simply Aqua Jelle with aloe is sweet. It’s just a little thicker than my old favorite, and almost every sex toy reviewer’s favorite: Sliquid Sassy.

Overall Neo Elite Thoughts

I’m almost ecstatic about how good the Blush Neo Elite dildos are:6 realistic and budget-friendly too. They’re body-safe silicone that’s both:

  1. pleasantly squishy (due to the soft outer layer), and
  2. pretty lifelike overall (due to the firm core).

Compared to the other dual-density dildos on the US market, I’m very impressed with the quality for these toys’ price point. If I’d was a new body-safe dildo buyer today (rather than 7 years ago!), I would take it as a blessing from the dildo gods if someone recommended the Neo Elite lineup to me. Neo Elite dildos feel better-made than the NS Colours Dual Density dildos I own, for example: no ragged edges, etc.

Are they the most realistic dildo ever? No, but damn, they’re good for the price, easy to maneuver, and harness-compatible. (I’d choose the 7.5 with Balls for pegging, for example.)

Here’s a quick recap of each Neo Elite dildo’s specific traits, so you can pick what you like best:

  • Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls (pink or orange): Classic shape; best Neo Elite for G-spot/prostate with its forward curve and noticeable ridge. Also the slickest Neo Elite dildo, so it’s good for anyone who dislikes drag or wants a smooth but realistic anal toy!
  • Neo Elite 7.5″ (pink or blue): Tapered, (small head, gets bigger down the shaft) so it’s my anal favorite. Long and very flexible, so it’s easiest to use suction-cupped to the wall (or if you’re not so flexible yourself!). Great for smoother anal insertion due to its small head and tapered shaft. Lots of light vein + skin texture!
  • Neo Elite 8″ (pink): A more imposing head that my own G-spot prefers; nicer matte-silicone feel; slightly longer length than the 7.5 Inch with Balls.
  • Neo Elite 9″ (blue): Super-skin textures, with foreskin ridging & lots of veiny feel. Great for a fair amount of fullness that’s affordable & safe.
  • Neo Elite 7″ (pink or blue): The thickest one! A strong downward curve with nice frenulum detail, so I find it effective for gentle G-spotting. This one feels most velvety to me and I love that, plus the fact that it’s shorter so I can take the whole length and hit the balls. I’d pick this one first, myself.
  • Neo Elite 6″ (pink or green): The shortest Neo Elite. Lots of horizontal skin lines, which you can feel most in the scrotum. That long, flat ball shelf is just right for grinding on.

  • Not the absolute fleshiest-feeling
  • No larger sizes

NOTES

  1. Between 1A and 2A shore durometer depending on where you test in the head.
  2. And you will need lube, because the soft silicone is sticky without it. I recommend Sliquid Sassy.
  3. If you have none, I suggest starting with this set of tapered butt plugs: they’re affordable and reasonably sized, so you get used to the feeling of keeping something in your ass.
  4. I suspect the issue is that they’re trying to convert from circumference to diameter rather than actually measuring diameter. Both these toys are pretty barrel-like, rounded, and have a widest shaft point (at a ridge or bulge, on both products) of 6.25 and 6.5 inches circumference, respectively. However, the Neo Elite 8 Inch’s shaft thickness for the majority of the product is from 5 to 5.125 inches circumference, vs. the statistically median human penis circumference of 4.5832 inches.
  5. For the record it’s pretty average length for an actual dick, but suction cup dildos average about 5.5 to 6 inches insertable.
  6. True, I get excited about realistic silicone dildos easily, but I’m especially happy when I find a quality toy that’s not so expensive. I want everyone (who’s interested!) to have access to body-safe sex toys, at reasonable prices.

  1. Thanks so much for your review! I really love how you always compare products. I haven’t really seen anyone else do that to the extent you do. Those detailed guides (and those charts!) are the absolute BEST. It really helps me when I’m trying to make a decision between similar options, and I wish I’d discovered your site sooner.

I wanted to ask your recommendation for someone wanting to try a thicker toy. I was considering the Blush Neo Elite 7″ but there’s also the Tantus Chubby Super Soft. They have comparable size and price. I’m kind of leaning towards dual density, but the Tantus shimmer is a little tempting. Any advice?

    • Thank you so much!!!

You’re right, it’s a hard call because those two toys are kinda similar…but kinda not. Honestly I like the finish of the Neo Elite 7″ more than Tantus Super Soft, which can be a touch draggy. But Chubby/They/Them has a slight forward tilt, which I prefer as a general rule; and yeah, the colors are better-looking.

Honestly, you might consider getting both, for the slightly different experiences, next week because:

      – There’s a 90% chance that “Chubby” (SheVibe’s name for They/Them) will be half off at Tantus for Black Friday, probably Cyber Monday too. That brings it to $22.50. Or pick one up for $27.75 at Peepshow Toys starting Thanksgiving, plus $6 shipping, to save on duplicate shipping costs if you also want…

      – [Neo Elite 7″](https://www.peepshowtoys.com/collections/blush-neo-elite-dual-density-silicone-dildos/products/blush-neo-elite-7-inch-silicone-dual-density-suction-cup-dildo#oid=51006_9873) should be going for $25 (just over 30% off) at Peepshow Toys starting Thursday (Neo Elite will be part of the blowout collection).

      • Those prices are SO good! I got the Neo Elite this time (hey, it’s got those squishy balls) and splurged on the Pillow Talk Sassy ($35!) and the Velvet Thruster Mini Teddy. It sounded like the best one in your thruster guide. I’ll have to wait until the next big sale before getting the Tantus as there are a few I’ve had my eye on. I’m so greedy. Lol.

        Thanks again! You’re the best!
