As a professional dildo reviewer, I have a verdict: Neo Elite Dildos are simply the best affordable realistic dildos.
For $23 to $71 (depending on how large a toy you choose, they go from XS to XL sizes!!!), you get two layers of body-safe platinum silicone. Most life-like dildos are made of porous materials that really aren’t good for long-term vaginal or anal use: So Neo Elite toys are awesome because they’re safe, realistic, and not expensive.
Their dual-density construction makes Neo Elite dildos both soft (like skin) and stable (like a hard-on). I’ve lost count of how many dual-layer silicone dildos I own now, but this Neo Elite line’s the one I always recommend new realistic-dildo seekers try out. My Neo Elite dildo review is updated for 2024, with all 9 dildo shapes & new colors!
Pros:
- Solidly realistic feel.
- Dual-density silicone is soft outside, harder within.
- Range of sizes from “XS / beginner” to “VERY large.”
- Suction cup bases.
- Great prices for 2 layers of platinum silicone; starting at $23.99 & up for the larger Neo Elite dongs.
Cons:
- Not as plush as more expensive dual dildos.
- Some folks will find the skin textures too much.
- No larger G-spot stimulation options. (The big ones don’t have prominent ridges.)
- Remember, most people with clits will need a clit vibrator to orgasm. (Top picks here!)
Neo Elite Dildo Shapes: 9 Realistic Shapes Compared
Among the Neo Elite dildos, you got a lotta shapes & sizes to pick from. The most popular models are the 7.5 Inchers (balls & no balls). Here’s what each specific Neo Elite dildo is best for:
- Best average size / G-spot or P-spot thrusting: 7.5″ with Balls has a strong, focused ridge and is exactly average penis size! (5.5″ insertable, 1.5″ diameter.)
- Best for suction cup use; easy anal: The 7.5″ Neo Elite is longer, with a tapered tip that makes gettin’ it in easier; excellent suction cup and more length to ride.
- Best beginner dildo: for 1st-time penetration or easy anal thrust: The 6″ Tapered has the thinnest head, 1″ diameter, and tapers gently. I wish this’d been my 1st anal dildo, so comfortable! Thin dual-density is rare, and this is so well-priced for platinum silicone!!!
- Best BIG dual-density: Neo Elite XL are 2.3 inches max. diameter by 9 inches insertable length. Dual-layer silicone toys this large are rare!
- Large but not so damn large: Neo Elite 9 Inch dildo is a good thick-but-not-massive size, with lots of skin texture & a wide, flat head.
The rest of this Neo Elite by Blush review will go thru my experiences with each of these nine realistic dual-density silicone toys.

Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls
The Classic One. The Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls has a classic shape: a slight forward tilt and a bell-shaped head. These G-spot-friendly traits come through best when I’m riding the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo with Balls. The toy’s outer layer of silicone is quite nice and soft,1 while the firmer core gives it that realistic feel.
This Neo Elite dildo’s head ridge is more precise🎯 than the VixSkin Mustang’s, a fan-favorite G-/P-spot stimulating realistic. Mustang is the same overall width as Neo Elite 7.5″ with Balls, but Mustang’s squishier ridge flattens out more under pressure, giving a quarter inch wider contact area for G-spot stimulation.
I’ve seen multiple glowing reviews of the Neo Elite 7.5 with Balls for prostate. For example, my colleague All Male Sex Toys wrote about this Neo Elite in his best anal dildos list, saying, “I tried the 7.5 Incher with Balls and loved the exquisitely-shaped head and veined shaft…”
Exquisite, now that’s high praise!
Neo Elite “7.5 Inch” with Balls’ name may make it sound like a larger toy. Two inches of its length is the balls + suction cup, though: It’s a medium 5.5 inches insertable length!
Neo Elite 7.5 Inch (No Balls!)
The Long One. The Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo is a long, tapered toy.
And YES, I enjoy working with that extra length! I put the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch into my Suction Cup Dildo Positions top-dildos list almost right after I got this long dong! It’s a strong suction cup: the other Neo Elites have pretty good suction cups, but this one is the best of the bunch. Super-sticky suction on a flat surface.
Neo Elite 7.5 Inch’s shaft stretches in a delightful way when it’s suction cupped to any flat surface and tugged on. I love pulling on it, grinding on it.
The toy is also good for gentle cervical stimulation, because it goes deep easily and it’s not hard. It caresses the cervix, rather than punching it.
I also recommend it as a comfortable dildo for anyone who’s just getting into anal play. The widest point of the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch Dildo’s head is 1.25 inches across, so within the realm of possibility for someone who has a little anal play experience.2 Neo Elite 7.5 Inch’s shaft widens gradually until it reaches almost 1.7″ diameter, near the bottom of the shaft.
This Neo Elite Dildo isn’t going to give you intense G-spot (or prostate) pressure: it’s not a Pure Wand. It’s all about feeling the soft, veiny shaft rubbing against my opening as I move. The more length I take, the thicker it gets. More thickness at your hole.
Neo Elite 6 Inch Tapered
The beginner-friendly one!!! I recommend this petite toy all the time to (1) anal noobs and (2) “virgins” who’ve never inserted anything vaginally. Because, when you’re opening up a hole for the first times, you do want small + gentle to avoid tearing! The Neo Elite 6″ Tapered is so good for safe stretching.
The 6 Inch Tapered has a smol head, and slightly widens; it’s 5 inches usable length; and the soft silicone outside makes it less imposing. Yet, the firm core means this silicone dildo will not fold over on itself as it encounters a tight cavity. So, it’s easier to get inside. But remember, don’t ever force penetration. Go slow, stop if you feel pain, and use a high-quality lubricant! (If you’re a butt-toy beginner, here’s a list of how-to tips for anal comfort.)
Neo Elite 9 Inch Dildo
Above-average size; lots o’ skin texture! The 9 Incho Neo Elite Dildo has loads of lines! The retracted-foreskin ridging below the head offers the most stimulation, dragging and rubbing. The head ridge itself (always a focal point for my G-spot) is wide enough — but it’s also slanted toward one side, asymmetrically; and flattened almost as if it was smushed a bit. My G-spot wants a touch more prominence, especially because the head is so squishy, it bends backwards!
So, it’s all the shaft textures, the veins and foreskin lines plus the barrel-thickness, that I can feel in the Neo Elite 9 Inch. Thrust it fast, let it fill me, and then I’m coming. This is a fantastic size for me, personally; but I wish the ridge stuck out just a little more, pummeling me like my fave G-spotter!
The big, united ball is a mass adding weight to the Neo Elite 9 Inch, and urging the toy’s head to lean forward more. I can see this one being super as an intermediate anal dildo: for anyone who wants some thickness, and enough length to fill the whole rectum, in a toy that’s soft, comfortable, and easy to ride.
Neo Elite Extra Large Silicone Dildos
The 10 Inch and 11 Inch are the biggest dual-density dildos, definitely for the experienced toy-taker. You don’t need to be able to consume 9+ inches of length: a few extra inches will help give some extra height if you’re riding the dildo suction-cupped to the floor, so you’re not crouching down as much.
But, you do need to be comfy with taking larger girths: 2.3 inches is the max. diameter for both products, which are very similarly sized. Blush Novelties is not great at taking simple measurements, so the “10 Inch” Neo Elite dildo (purple, seen above) is slightly longer than the “11 Inch” (pink, above); but, due to the 10 Incher’s balls sticking up more, both toys are right around 9 inches of insertable length. They feel more solid than other Neo Elites, because their thicker cores are (you guessed it) thicker: so the whole toys are less flexible for these XL Neo dildos.
See these BIG Neo Elites’ sizing vs. my frame, here:
I can see the Neo Elite XL Dildos’ stability being a big plus for some large-toy fans. Those who do like soft silicone, but don’t want it uber-flexible. Dual-density is the only way to pull that off! Yet, for my long-suction-cup toys, I really like them to bend with my body better, to flex with my internal curves and/or rub my clitoris while penetrating me. So, for long toying, I strongly prefer the SquarePegToys Leo dildo in 100% super-soft platinum silicone.
Neo Elite 8 Inch Dildo
Love the Girth; But the Floppy Balls. The Neo Elite 8 Inch dildo has a “notched” ridge that really pop-pull-tugs against my G-spot, which is great.
This silicone dildo’s head is 1.6 inches diameter across the front (or back) of the shaft. Then, it’s almost 1.75 inches diameter when you measure left-to-right, dildo on its side as seen below. This is the part that really makes the Neo Elite 8 Inch seem bigger than the 7.5 Inch with Balls: and I strongly prefer a lil extra girth, myself!
The squishiness of the Neo Elite 8 Inch feels incredible. The balls are very squeezable and stick up high. If you’re someone who can take a full 6 inches length and likes grinding on balls, it’ll be the one. But for me, it’s a bit too long for my vagina; so the balls just get in my damn way as I’m trying to grip and thrust the Neo Elite 8 Inch. Oh well!
Neo Elite 7 Inch Dildo
The Previous-Thickest One (2019). The Neo Elite 7 Inch is kinda thick, and I’m naturally drawn toward the thickness, without much length. At 5 inches insertable by 1.7 inches diameter, this dual dildo is chode-y, like other favorite vag. toys of mine.
But. Its backward curve makes me predisposed to not love the Neo Elite 7 Inch Dildo. I like coronal ridges rubbing on my G-spot, and backward curve generally means “bad for G-spot.” I had some good orgasms by thrusting this toy hard & fast by hand; but gave up before too long, since it does curve the wrong direction for my G-spot. The impact from the backward-curving head is just not enough. If you’re less gung-ho on G-spot (or prostate) play and enjoy its dimensions, YMMV!
Neo Elite 6 Inch Dildo
The One with the Long Balls. Neo Elite 6 Inch (is straight, and has flat balls that extend farther out. It’s in sliiiiiime green here, photo above.
What that means is: grinding time, all the way. Stick this toy to a chair and I can really feel the lines of Neo Elite 6 Inch’s scrotum coming through, even in the soft silicone. It’s slightly smaller-than-average, and the shaft has a subdued feel (no curve, no strong ridge) that prevents this Neo dildo from being really orgasmic for me.
Neo Elite Silicone Care & Cleaning
The Neo Elite toys are body-safe silicone, meaning they
- aren’t a hassle to clean, plain soap & water rinsing is good;
- won’t degrade over time;
- won’t leach mystery oils & chemicals;
- and can be safely used for years.
To sanitize (deep-clean, killing 99.9% of microbes), you can wash your Neo Elite dildo well with soap and water, and then boil in a pot on the stove. (At a rolling boil, 3 to 5 minutes per side; turn with a silicone spatula if the water doesn’t fully cover the boiling dildo.)
On Lubricant & Your Neo Elite Dildo
Soft silicone tends to be more “lube hungry,” requiring more moisture for comfort. Lubricant is an essential with the Neo Elite dildos unless you are naturally dripping-level WAP all day, every day.
My favorite lube for fast thrusting or riding, or super-soft silicone is Almost Naked aloe-based, due to how thoroughly its safety has been studied. (Many water-based lubricants & hybrid lubricants mess with protective cell layers.)
Or, Sliquid Silk is a hybrid that’s widely available at body-safe toy vendors; Silk has a low silicone content and is safe with all silicone sex toys, no damage. It also drips slooowly, which is really helpful if you need to reposition before inserting your dildo: like if you’re using the Neo Elite in a harness, or getting its suction cup positioned right, or adjusting the pillows behind or your head, or finding porn on your phone—the list goes on.
Oil-based lubricant can also be used safely with Neo Elite dildos. Silicone lubricant isn’t outright damaging, but is a big pain to clean off & needs to be washed off immediately after you’re done playing.
Overall Neo Elite Dildo Thoughts
I’m still so excited about how good the Blush Neo Elite dildos are:3 realistic and budget-friendly too. They’re body-safe silicone that’s both:
- pleasantly squishy (due to the soft outer layer), and
- pretty lifelike overall (due to the softer skin + firm core combo).
Compared to the other dual-density dildos on the US market, I’m very impressed with the quality for these toys’ price point. If I’d was a new body-safe dildo buyer today (rather than 7 years ago!), I would take it as a blessing from the dildo gods if someone recommended the Neo Elite lineup to me. Neo Elite dildos feel better-made than the NS Colours Dual Density dildos I own, for example: no ragged edges, etc.

Neo Elite dildo
Neo Elite Dildos are soft (like skin) and stable (like a hard-on)—with dual-layer silicone! I review all 9 shapes & sizes: Pros & cons of Neo Elite silicone!
Product Brand: Blush
4.25
Pros
- Solidly realistic feel.
- Dual-density silicone is soft outside, harder within.
- Range of sizes from "XS / beginner" to "VERY large."
- Suction cup bases.
- Great prices for 2 layers of platinum silicone.
Cons
- Not as plush as more expensive dual dildos.
- Some folks will find the skin textures too much.
- No larger G-spot stimulation options.
NOTES
- Between 1A and 2A shore durometer depending on where you test in the head.
- If you have none, I suggest starting with this set of tapered butt plugs: they’re affordable and reasonably sized, so you get used to the feeling of keeping something in your ass.
- True, I get excited about realistic silicone dildos easily, but I’m especially happy when I find a quality toy that’s not so expensive. I want everyone (who’s interested!) to have access to body-safe sex toys, at reasonable prices.
Thanks so much for your review! I really love how you always compare products. I haven’t really seen anyone else do that to the extent you do. Those detailed guides (and those charts!) are the absolute BEST. It really helps me when I’m trying to make a decision between similar options, and I wish I’d discovered your site sooner.
I wanted to ask your recommendation for someone wanting to try a thicker toy. I was considering the Blush Neo Elite 7″ but there’s also the Tantus Chubby Super Soft. They have comparable size and price. I’m kind of leaning towards dual density, but the Tantus shimmer is a little tempting. Any advice?
Thank you so much!!!
You’re right, it’s a hard call because those two toys are kinda similar…but kinda not. Honestly I like the finish of the Neo Elite 7″ more than Tantus Super Soft, which can be a touch draggy. But Chubby/They/Them has a slight forward tilt, which I prefer as a general rule; and yeah, the colors are better-looking.
Honestly, you might consider getting both, for the slightly different experiences, next week because:
– There’s a 90% chance that “Chubby” (SheVibe’s name for They/Them) will be half off at Tantus for Black Friday, probably Cyber Monday too. That brings it to $22.50. Or pick one up for $27.75 at Peepshow Toys starting Thanksgiving, plus $6 shipping, to save on duplicate shipping costs if you also want…
– [Neo Elite 7″](https://www.peepshowtoys.com/collections/blush-neo-elite-dual-density-silicone-dildos/products/blush-neo-elite-7-inch-silicone-dual-density-suction-cup-dildo?rfsn=7172637.de6d69) should be going for $25 (just over 30% off) at Peepshow Toys starting Thursday (Neo Elite will be part of the blowout collection).
Those prices are SO good! I got the Neo Elite this time (hey, it’s got those squishy balls) and splurged on the Pillow Talk Sassy ($35!) and the Velvet Thruster Mini Teddy. It sounded like the best one in your thruster guide. I’ll have to wait until the next big sale before getting the Tantus as there are a few I’ve had my eye on. I’m so greedy. Lol.
Thanks again! You’re the best!
I have a question. I see that you say that the 7.5inch with balls is best for prostate play and also seems to have a slicker feel than some of the other neo-elite models. For the solid colors there are neon pink and orange, but I also see that there are two see through neo elite 7.5inch with balls models that are glow in the dark that come in green and pink. I prefer them because their colors are more subdued and not too bright for me personally. They honestly look the same, but here is my question. Do the glow in the dark models feel the same as the solid models?
Hi! Here’s a little on the Neo Elite Glow silicone vs. original Neo Elite. The Glow ones are slightly harder outside and feel just a little more “plasticky” IMO.
How does the dual density 6” tapered compare to the Blush Dr. Lucas posable dildo? I adore the 6in and it’s the perfect plushy smooth softness and shape. I wanted one in skin color and Dr. Lucas is the same mold, but it isn’t dual density and that flexishaft rod makes me anxious it will be stiff and hard. Help!
The Dr. Skin Silicone feels a lot harder than Neo Elite. It’s about 5 shore A points diff outside, and the core does make it denser within as well. IMO Dr. Skin Silicone is on the firm side of realistic, and not especially good to thrust.
Hi Felicity!
Thank you for your magnificent and indispensable work.
In your expert opinion, do you think buying the Neo Elite 7.5 inch (no balls) after having used a NS Novelties Colours 8″ is a step backwards? The Neo Elite doesn’t seem as firm, does it?
Many thanks!
Hi, thank you!!! Yes, absolutely, the Neo Elite 7.5 Inch is smaller than the Colours 8″ models.
Indeed, the Neo E. silicone is also softer, and with the 7.5 Inch dildo dildo being proportionally long for its girth, it’s gonna be a lot more flexible than the Colours “firm” silicone too.
Neo Elite 9″ is closest to Colours 8″, still a little thinner; while the Neo Elite 11″ is the next widest up in that dildo line and is a significant jump up.
See this photo for size comparison
My favorite review for any Neo Elite toys! I’m still working on collecting them all, lol.
If you have the time, could you post a video of a squish/suction cup/flexibility demo of the entire line? It’s easier for me to understand your toy demos, since I’m a visual-oriented learner. If not, I totally understand! Thanks for the wonderful reviews 👍🏻
What is the circumference of the larger of these dildos? The diameter might be 2.3”, but what is the circumference? If it was a perfect circle, the circumference would be 7.23”, but I don’t think it is a perfect circle? Or, does 1.75” translate to 5.5” circumference?
Right, not perfectly circular by any means, but fairly close. The 10-Inch Neo Elite is somewhere maybe a bit over 7.5; about 7.6″ circumference at the widest point I’m measuring, ’bout an inch under the corona. The 11-Inch Neo E is a bit under 7.5″… 7.3something”? Depends on how tight you pull a soft tape measure and it’s difficult to be spot-on exact with not angling downward.
This reminds me of a new dimensions-oriented anal blogger I recently noticed, since he’s really into numbers. Let’s see…Neo Elite dildo dimensions. I first saw the SquarePeg Egg Plug dimensions post and it interested me, since over the years I’ve had a few reader inquiries about Egg Plug *neck* dimensions specifically, and I only have a few sizes, so I couldn’t answer beyond “Slim enough to wear”! about the big ones.
