Uberrime Ardor is made of platinum silicone in the USA. Size small has a 1.15″ diameter head and a 1.8″ maximum diameter knot (5.6″ circumference), by 5″ usable length. Size medium has a 1.55″ diameter head and a 2.33″ maximum diameter knot (7.5″ circumference), by 6.6″ usable length.
My Review Criteria
All body-safe, zero BS. I only recommend body-safe toys, no bullshit and no paid promos. If I wouldn’t give a toy to a close friend, then I won’t recommend it to you, either. Our Experience with Uberrime Ardor
Small Ardor – anal penetration
He says the Ardor is like “Aneros Psy – all its stimulation points – but wider and super-soft.”
Since the Psy is his top P-spot massager, that’s high praise!
“The super-soft silicone is subdued in comparison (to hard Aneros), but I like that difference as I’m able to sit and rock on it.
“The “dragon head” reaches a focus point that is at exactly the right place for my prostate, 3.1 inches inserted, if the Ardor’s final 1/2 inch remains outside – this is achievable when I angle the base forward, sitting up but leaning slightly back as a pillow’s behind me.
“Sitting like this with Ardor dildo inside, as I did intermittent light kegels, the prostate stimulation really amplified. The bulge inside my anal canal was just nice, as well.
“The best thing is sitting on it to ride – with the harness setup over pillows and towel. The “knot” pops most then, at the anus and anal canal. Then you have the prostate rubbing, and I can discern the plates as I move slowly.

Medium Ardor Dildo – for vaginal
Dragon stretch!! OK, this is the funner monster for me😄. The Ardor medium dragon’s head is still relatively small (1.55″ width), but the knot. It’s expansive in even this “medium” size, measuring 2.33″ diameter front to back.
I even needed to warm up! The Ardor’s tip to mid-shaft slid in just fine. I then found myself spending a minute wiggling the Ardor, pushing gently but persistently — until my vagina accepted the full knot girth.
When this medium dragon dildo is facing toward—head angling toward my belly— it wants to slip out more.
So I discovered that flipping it is the best use for me, especially for times when I wanna add a clitoral stimulator into the mix. This way, the Ardor’s head is at my “deep spot,” its jutting plates are pressing at my G-spot, as its swelling knot is pushing open my vaginal introitus (“mouth,” which has a ton of nerve endings).
Sometimes I push under the Ardor silicone dildo’s base, letting it slide out, then repeat. Other times, I get chock full o’ dragon dildo: Angling Ardor’s base so my weight locks it in, while using my favorite clit suction vibrator or a great small wand massager. The latter is most stimulation overload and reserved for my most PMS-ey, low sensation days: extra power!!!
Small Ardor Dildo – for vaginal
I’d tried the Ardor size small and its ripply plates, first. (Vaginal use.)
The squishy silicone counterbalances the abundance of texture! I’m sensitive enough so that I wouldn’t like this toy in a firm silicone: too much. Instead, the Ardor dildo is legit-soft silicone.
I went about jerking the Ardor dildo, in short strokes: Its bumpy, pointed head will pull and massage—but it never pokes or jabs.
I used it with the head pointing forward first: it sits right past my G-spot area when fully inserted, probing the A-spot gently.
It’s the Uberrime Ardor’s mild knot is where I feel the most, though: expansion! But, I like thicker toys in 100% super-soft silicone, so I started craving more… And ended up enjoying medium Ardor dragon rides twice as much versus the small size.
How to Ride the Ardor dragon toy
This is my favorite comfortable dildo riding scheme, ever! Having discovered a harness with suction cup dock built-in and long straps, I just anchor the Body Dock around my old pillow, then push the Ardor’s base down on its suction cup!
The dock of this harness-cum-dildo-mount fits the small Ardor best (we actually got a second one of these harnesses, now, so he’d have one too):
But the medium Ardor can also be pushed down onto the concave dock, its base sticking slightly over the suction-cup sides, so it’s hanging on well as I ride. Helloooo, popping-knotted, plated, bumpy dragon friend! I’m on top of you now!
Color and Size Choice
This Uberrime Ardor is in Colorshift Blue to Luster Glitter Black, and I adore the color-shift look. It’s incredible how in lower light the Ardor is a dull blue-gray; but then you expose it to bright light or sunlight🌞, and it shines.💡 It looks teal-turquoise plus blue, sparkling. Glittery.
Sizes small and medium are very different experience levels. Only go with medium if you are practiced at receiving girthy dildos or butt plugs. At 5.6″ circumference for small Ardor Dragon, vs. 7.5″ circumference for medium Ardor dragon, this is not a set to work through: It’s safe to increase 1″ circumference at a time when doing either anal stretching or vaginal stretching. (6.5″ circumference is the missing middle step here.)
Uberrime Ardor Dildo’s Silicone
Uberrime is an indie dildo-crafter who uses exclusively Smooth-On platinum silicone blends, certified skin-safe via International Standards Organization testing. The colors are cosmetic grade pigments, so microfine glitter is fully embedded within the silicone polymer. All toys are handmade in the U.S.A., with U.S.-sourced silicone. In 00-30 “Soft ‘n’ Squishy” silicone here, it’s a lovely level of squish: Right-on for if you’re pushing your comfortable-size limit, like I was when getting the medium Ardor’s knot inside my body.
How to Use
We did find the Uberrime Ardor dildo easiest to use either while riding it, anchored to a pillow; or with shorter strokes while leaning back in a chair over Ardor (him) or lying on my back in bed (me).
Lubricant
Platinum cured silicone is compatible with all lubricant types except that silicone lubricant is questionable. (It’s a real P.I.T.A. to clean Uberlube off silicone toys, for example, even though it’s a phenomenal PIV sex lube.)
Hybrid lubricant has minimal silicone content, and I’ve moved to using Sliquid Silk almost exclusively since it’s now balanced and least irritating to me. So, my larger Ardor dragon’s had plenty of Silk on it and washed up great.
It is suitable with virgin coconut oil, which is popular for anal play because it’s a way to get your ass greased up very safely.
Care & Cleaning
To clean, just use your normal handsoap and scrub the Uberrime Ardor under running water from your sink.
Take a minute longer than you would with a smooth dildo, massaging soapy water over all the dragon’s plates.
Shake its silicone to dry, or dry it resting on a clean towel. Uberrime’s platinum silicone will remain antimicrobial for a literal lifetime and then some.
Recap & Rating
The Ardor by Uberrime is indie-made awesomeness, dragon plates ‘n’ bumps to feel somethin’ different! I am over the moon about phallic dildos, but occasionally want variety: and the Ardor is the kind of non-human spin that’s delightful to ride on.
The soft, slick, platinum silicone shines: both with its “texture vs. squish!” opposing forces, and its sparkly teal-blue marbled colors.
Pretty sure my partner liked it even more than I did. A joyride, the Ardor became when sat on and ridden — comparable to the soft silicone of many a great body-safe butt plug, but with the protruding stimulation points of a fave Aneros.
