I was skeptical about the Uberrime Amo Dildo’s heart-shaped head when I first saw it. Would it feel comfortable? And would the G-spot stimulation be consistent enough, with that gap in the middle of the ridge?
Amo has two traditional G-spot/P-spot dildo traits: a forward curve and a protruding head. But it also gives this classic shape a twist, in the form of the upside-down heart head. Since I’m always up for questioning tradition, an Amo was heading my way soon after release.
Poured from certified skin-safe, US-made platinum silicone, the Amo Dildo (and all Uberrime products) are fully handmade creations, produced in a small workshop in Florida. I’m a big fan of Uberrime’s color schemes, which range from pearly pastels to explosively bright swirls to glow-in-the-dark drips.
I won’t lie, about half my fondness for the Uberrime Amo Dildo comes down to its colors. Aaaah! the marbling. The orchid color is somehow both blue and purple, and it shimmers in the light. (And has glitter too!) Then the orchid flows into the pearl white below, in beautiful swirling waves.
Still, I’m a very practical person, and the Amo Dildo would simply be a dust magnet if it didn’t get me off—and keep me interested on the way there. Happily, the unique heart-head shape succeeds on multiple levels.
When I insert Amo, the head likes to twist slightly. One rounded bulb tugs and pulls, then pulls some more. I feel my clit throbbing as the smooth shaft glides underneath it. I keep going, as my arousal builds. I want to come almost right away, but I also want to hold back, because the feeling is different, and good, and I need more of it.
Amo is fascinating because of its different textures: the side of the head is a rounded line that presses above my G-spot as Amo twists. I like turning back and forth between this vertical edge and the flatness of the heart’s front.
As I thrust the Uberrime Amo Dildo, its shaft bends slightly backward with each thrust. At about 7A shore durometer, Amo’s platinum silicone has some squish, and it’s flexible—but not super-squishy or blubbery. I love that Amo will bend to curve with my body; I love that it’ll press on my G-spot and the front of my vaginal opening, and even underneath my clit, all at once.
The semi-softness of Amo’s head is excellent for me because of how much the heart-corona sticks out! Most G-spots respond best to downward strokes, and Amo’s ridge gives me that times two with the crests of the heart. Likewise, Amo has a natural forward curve that’s gentle—not too pronounced. It’s just the right level of stimulation.
And the heart does more, too: You know that gap in the middle of the ridge that I feared might ruin Amo’s usefulness? Actually, it’s brilliant because it makes me want to use Amo’s head externally too—not just for G-spot play. The little indent feels great surrounding my clit. Again, I use tugging motions, and then the heart-crests pull on my inner labia. Meanwhile, the flat head points toward my vag and rubs so nicely. All together, the heart head supplies the kind of broad, external stimulation that makes me squirt all over.
With all the stroking I’m putting it through, Amo does need a little extra lube: the softer silicone has a semi-glossy, very smooth feel, but it absorbs water-based lube fairly quickly. I either lube up with Sliquid Sassy (a thicker water-based) mid-session or just slather on some Sliquid Silk hybrid lube beforehand.
Overall Thoughts
I’m always pleased when a silicone dildo can still surprise me, can make me change up my usual in-and-out routine. And the Uberrime Amo handmade silicone dildo not only entertains my G-spot, but the heart head also has a shape that my clit + vulva enjoy.
I was almost done writing this review when I realized that I’d already used the word “love,” unintentionally, a couple times—fitting because Amo’s name means “I love.” And yeah, I love twisting Amo’s ridges; I love tugging it against my bits, both internally and externally. Plus, what’s not to love about the three shimmery, pearly color options?
Amo may not be as straightforward as Uberrime’s most popular G-spot toy, the Splendid dual-density silicone dildo (reviews here)—but goddamn, it’s cute. I’m honestly proud to have Amo as part of my collection—it’ll be waiting for me every time I want to play with different kinds of stimulation during the same masturbation session.

I was also skeptical of the heart shape when I first saw this toy, so thanks for the review!
