I was skeptical if the dildo would stay: until I tried out a Body Dock harness, to attach our favorite dildos right to my pubic mound. Turns out, this dock makes your suction cup toy stiiiiiick — it actually holds perfectly!
This matters because Body Dock Harnesses let you switch dildos faster — that’s awesome during pegging strap-on sex where I’m wanting to give a thicker, or deeper dildo in a hurry. Versus a standard strap-on harnesses—joque style, or brief style—it’s just easier to swap between any not-huuuuge suction cup dildos a lot easier!!!
For a Body Dock, you can find literally 10,000 different silicone suction cup dildos that’ll fit (no Vac-U hole required!) The only limit, the suction cup’s total width has to be under 3.5″ wide. That’s true of all except one toy in my big dildo collection.
We’ve spent this month testing for a Body Dock review with my fave ultra-realistic dildo and his favorite pegging dildos. Our findings on: how the Body Dock harnesses differ, which to choose, and how I (a female harness-wearer!) can get direct pleasure from strap-on sex, too.
Body Dock Harness Review Summary: 6 Models
Here are 6 Body Dock strap-on harnesses total: 5 for holding the dildo pubically, and 1 Body Dock thigh harness. A Body Dock Harness Summary review, in the order we’d recommend these strap-on harnesses:
- Body Dock Elite: Best all-around for a female / vagina-having partner to wear for strap-on sex. Easier on-and-off adjustment; padded harness feels softer against the pubic mound. Essential if you thrust hard or fast.
- BD “Lap Strap” Thigh Harness: If you do not want the dildo attached to your pelvis (like if you’ve got a penis); good for couples where one partner likes humping the other’s leg and lap; also use as a hands-free dildo mount to ride.
- Body Dock with Suspenders: This is Body Dock Elite Elite (the padded one!) but with suspenders for the look. Removable suspenders.
- Body Dock Elite Mini / Pegging Kit: Body Dock Elite Harness, but with smaller suction cup. Suited to fit small dildos. Body Dock Elite normal size is more versatile, if you ever plan to change dildos.
- Body-Dock harness with G-spot Vibrator: OK vibrator with the G-spot probe built into the harness, so it’s an all-in-1 setup for double pleasure strapon sex. Remote included; some clit stimulation too. Padded like B.Dock Elite.
- Body Dock Original: Secure suction cup harness + cheaper. It’s all plastic for the harness front, so it feels rougher if you thrust hard.

Body Dock Elite Harness vs. Original
The material that touches your pubic mound is the critical difference! In Body Dock Original (the cheaper Body Dock), it’s all ABS plastic (hard plastic). This is fine if you’re not a “wham-bam thank u ma’am” type thruster: if you only employ slow and gentle strokes.
But, if you wanna get up to a faster speed and not ram into hardness: Then definitely go Body Dock Elite. Its a silicone suction cup, with a faux-leather backing, padded back-strap, and velvety edge fabric. It feels softer against the skin.
The nylon straps are the same material with all Body Dock harnesses. I pair the Elite B.Dock with my favorite open-pocket bikini underwear, which takes the experience from an 8.5 out of 10 for comfort, to a 9.5 out of 10:
Our Experiences Testing Body Dock
The easiest harness for multi-dildo switcheroos when u wanna drive it into your partner, long and hard. The padded Body Dock Elite is much cushier. I’d been limiting myself, I realized: avoiding long-stroking thrusts or angle-of-penetration adjustments that would make the cheaper Original Body Dock’s plastic triangle hit the front of my labia, hit my mons pubis, too hard.
In contrast, after slipping on the Elite version once, just looking at how it fits: I thought, Oh, OK, this does seem like it’s going to be more comfortable…
I switched back to the Original, was like, Eh. I put the Elite more-padded suction cup dildo harness back on: and, Voilà ! was ready to go. The thrusting became worry-free, and more natural.
“Give it to me deeperrrr,” he asked, with conviction but breathing hard, after I’d been stroke-thrusting into him with a Neo Elite 7.5″ w/Balls for 10 minutes. It’s got 5.5″ usable length only, plus a precise ridge so it’s sweet for prostate: But not the most filling dildo.
I was pleased how it took me under 30 seconds to walk over to the nightstand, grab a new awesome realistic (Solina XL size), while pushing a finger hard under the Neo’s suction base—forcing it to vacate the Body Dock’s concave docking plate—then pushing down hard, to lock the Solina Mega right on. I lubed it up more… and he got pummeled in short order. I swear, he was almost whimpering at the end from pleasure. (I also like to pull out some of the length, then make that notched ridge rub up-n-down shallower, over his P-spot; before getting to make the full 7.6″ length filllll up his rectum again.)
Then I could swap again, and even again… If you routinely go through 3 to 5 dildos in an extended pegging session, this suction cup harness will facilitate the switching. Less wiggling dildos in and out, versus even with an awesome harness like SpareParts Joque!
Also, the only other harness style that displays the dildo this well is a Vac-U style dildo: those have a hole in the bottom of the shaft, to insert a Vac-U peg. But then, your dildo does have empty space, so its lower-shaft is floppy when used separately; and for body-safe silicone, you’ve got limited choices. You can’t employ, for example, a great dual-density silicone dildo.
Body Dock Mini Review
In the Body Dock Mini + Dillio Pegging Kit, the 5″ dildo-probe is just too slim for us now.
It’s a beginner kit / for folks who really use slim dildos when strapping on. The docking plate is smaller, so it’s going to limit you to tinier dildos. (Most suction bases are around 3″ diameter.) I’d say to just go full-size Body Dock Elite, if you ever plan on using normal-girth dildos in the future.
Body Dock G-spot Pro harness review
I tried out the Body Dock “G-spot Pro” harness with integrated G-spot vibrator a couple times, and think it’s not bad. The vibration is tolerable, but not special. If you’re not a vibrator critic (=you don’t care about rumbly vibration, or super-strong vibration, or vibration speed range), this set could definitely add pleasure.
The vibrator motor is neither weak, nor strong; and the G-spot probe inserted two inches into my vagina. Most G-spots are pretty shallow, so that makes sense. But if you like it deeper (like I often like stimulation 3 to 4 inches inside), then know it’s not long. It does include a handheld remote control, for easy vibration changes.
The better set-up for my pleasure during strapping-on is:
How to Make a Double Pleasure Harness: Add a Bullet Vibrator
We both should be enjoying strap-on sex, is my goal. I’m all for pleasure all around, so I’m always wanting clitoral and/or vaginal stimulation for myself when I strap on a dildo to put into my partner.
My favorite past dual pleasure strap-on setup was: Brief style harness with open pocket in the crotch + strong bullet vibrator:
The only issue was, dildos sagged more. The O-ring held them well, but… more droop especially with long dildos. I could manually control that by gripping the shaft, but, now I’m just liking how the Body Dock holds a dildo up more steady — thanks to the 23-degree upward dock angle. So, for my orgasms, I do this now:
- Put on comfortable underwear first. Preferably, your undies should have an open liner: so one end of the second layer of fabric isn’t sewn down. This is true of the ribbed Victoria’s Secret / Pink bikinis I like most:
- Then, slot a great bullet vibrator into the underwear pouch. Turn it on.
- You can also wear a soft pussy plug, to be filled up vaginally as you give the D.
- Finally, put on the Body Dock Harness as usual: adjusting its straps to be tight enough around your waist, and under your butt cheeks. And stick your dildo on the locking-dock!
And the Thigh Harness with my fave suction cup dildo
The Body Dock Lap Strap is a ride! OMG, I’m imagining using it if I had a female partner now, too — just thinking of the hotness, breasts pressed together. The deal with a thigh harness is that it lets you sit and rock on their thigh, while being penetrated.
Facing your partner is sexy, but facing away from them will give you a better range of motion — even better when I was able to lean forward and grip a table in front of the chair he sat in, so my weight didn’t ram down hard on his lap.
Here it is on my thigh—though I’ve used it most riding his thigh!
The Body Dock Lap Strap secures around the mid-thigh well. (You could try it closer to the knee, but it’ll put more stress on the wearing-partner’s knee ligaments that way.) This is nifty because it lets us try different dildo sizes and textures — and go for another ride even if he’s cum and done — without him needing to acquire a strap-on harness where the dildo doesn’t crush his penis. It can even turn into a roleplay like: “Woooow, that’s a long cock you’ve got, sir!!!”
BONUS: You can also use Body Dock Lap Strap as a suction cup dildo mount, to ride your dildo without a partner. You just need a couple pillows, the lap strap, and a dildo. (Optional: Waterproof blanket or towel over the pillow.) Use between 1 and 3 pillows, depending on how long ur legs are; angle them if you like. This is my new easiest way to ride a dildo, muuuuuch more comfy vs. suction-cupping the toy to a floor or wall.
How-To Body Dock Harness
All Body Dock Harnesses have adjustable, long nylon straps, so they will fit anybody. They adjust between 24″ and 54″ length. If you got a skinny @ss like me, you can also cut the extra dangling strap length off via sharp scissors: Just leave 4 to 6 inches past the thigh+butt straps’ buckles.
Put on and Adjust the Harness
Body Dock Elite has snap-buckles that fully open and close on both sides. The straps may flop this way and that, but you’ll always be able to tell the front by the docking plate. If the buckles are open:
- Situate the suction cup docking plate in front of the pelvix.
- Grip the padded back-band, and pull it between your legs — to rest above your butt.
- Now, clip the buckle on the right and the left sides of the waistband.
- Pull the straps that emerge from those buckles, on the right and left sides of your body below the hip.
- Finally, locate the strap hanging below the butt-to-inner thigh band. Pull it tighter too.
- Stick on a good suction cup dildo, and see if you want to tighten the straps more!
Body Dock Original does not have waistback buckles, nor a padded back-strap, so you must step into the correct “leg loop” for each side; and then pull the 4 straps to an appropriate tightness for your body.
Secure Your Dildo on the Body Dock
To put a dildo on the Body Dock suction cup harness: The dildo must have a suction cup built-in. (It cannot be a flat base.)
Center the toy’s suction cup base over the Body Dock’s locking plate. Then, use both your hands to firmly push the dildo down.
You’ll hear a whoooosh sound, as the air presses out. (A dildo-fart?!) This is good, it means the suction cup is locked on.
Now you can play as long and hard as is comfortable for you two. Remember to use good lubricant: all silicone dildos feel better with lubricant added!
To remove: Insert a fingernail (or any small thin object, to act as a lever) under any part of the suction cup base.
Care & Cleaning Body Dock
The Body Dock harnesses besides the G-Spot Pro (built-in G-spot probe with remote) all are an open-crotch design. They don’t really cover the labia, clitoris, or perineum. This makes cleaning simpler.
Wipe down the back of the harness plate (dock) with a moist washcloth if you’d like, after play.
The G-Spot Pro Body Dock requires you to clean the attached silicone vibrator too, since it’s vaginally inserted. You may need to scrub the straps too, which are not detachable. Fluids can get on them, and they’re probably not machine-washable.
If you love swapping out lots of different dildos while strapping-on, do try out the Body Dock Elite – while wearing underwear + bullet vibrator inside for clit stimulation, it’s superb! We hope you have fun too, with how easy this setup is!!!
Penis sheath / sleeve / extender review please…
I hear ya! I’ve thought about that a few times, but I always find that extenders are a strange middle ground for me: when I want realistic, either I wanna be f*cking a good dual-density dildo, or I wanna be f*cking real human tissue. And extenders are like a strange middle ground. I know I’ve had a couple friends who talk about an “uncanny valley” type experience where very realistic dildos repulse them, and that’s the opposite of my experience with realistic dildos, yet I get a similar sensation with a thick silicone cover covering a live penis. I’m having a hard time getting over the weird factor mentally.
And I hate the smell of durian oil, which seems to be a popular add-on to handmade custom extenders for improving “silky” skin feel.
Hello, thanks for all the great info you provide. So, in the email version of this review, you state, “Also holds a lot of flat-based dildos, like Uberrime Splendid is a great one.” Since none of Uberrime dildos have a suction cup base, how does this dock hold on to them? I’ve passed on buying many of there dildos for this reason. Thanks.
Hi!! It’s the Body Dock’s suction cup! The “dock” part is concave, so when you press your dildo down hard over it, pushing air out, it creates this really tight seal. It holds flat bases well too for that reason. The only way I can remove the Splendid after pressing it down onto the Dock, is stick a nail underneath to break the seal. I can even pull on it with my hands hard and it sticks. It’s clever.
The only caveat is that Uberrime has more *big* toys now (the bigger fantasy toys especially) and the seal is not as strong if the bottom of the dildo’s base in any direction is too much wider than 3.5 inches diameter. I’ve found it a very functional ride for the medium Ardor, which is about 3.7″ base diameter the long way, and have gotten the new Big Damn Alien at 3.75″ diameter base to stick down on it well too, but I wouldn’t guarantee this setup working for like, the large Ardor.
The hard limit for the Body Dock sticking seems to be around 4″ diameter and up dildo base. I have this Paladin Pleasure dildo with this huge 4.25″ diameter circular base, and that’s the one dildo I’m finding that the Body Dock is not sticking on at all.
Thank you so much for reading!!!
Good to hear; thanks!
