Clitoral swirler. The Rose Twirlz by Skins roto-massages, ringing around the clitoris automatically. 10 rotating functions spin in different arcs of motion: and surprise, its patterns please me!
I love this rotating clitoral toy for lazy sitting-on-it clitoral massage — but also think it’s fantastic for clits that don’t always want vibration (but do want stimulation that’s not just their own fingers!). The silicone roller tickles, teases, and is fun to feel:

Pros & Cons
Pros
- Automatic clitoral stroking massage.
- Independent vibration control.
- Smooth rotating bead, sized like my lil finger.
- Body-safe silicone.
- Great for sensitive clits, since the vibration is optional.
Cons
- Not quiet.
- Pretty strong (especially with rotation turned on), but not for fans of super-powerful vibration like plug-in wand massagers.
The Rose Twirlz vibrator by Skins is made of nonporous silicone (flower) & ABS plastic (base-bottom + charging base). It’s 2.8″ height, has a 2.25″ diameter with 1.1″ diameter clitoral contact area, is water-resistant, and is magnetic USB rechargeable.

My Review Criteria
All body-safe, zero BS. I only recommend body-safe toys, no bullshit and no paid promos. If I wouldn’t give a toy to a close friend, then I won’t recommend it to you, either. I’ve tested over 1,080 vibrators, 530 dildos, and 165 butt plugs (and a plethora of cock rings, kink gear, and lubes!). Everyone’s preferences vary, so I rate vibrating toys by 1. power level and 2. rumbliness; and always describe how my personal tastes color my experience.
My Experience with Skins Rose Twirlz
Sit on this rotating tip, ooh yeah! I love toys that let me do less work, and the Rose Twirlz’s spinning tip checks that box… by stroking my clit back-and-forth, side-to-side, and all-around.
Of the 10 rotating functions: half make a full 360° spinning circle, while the other half cover anywhere from a 180° back-and-forth span; to a 90° rotating twist that then undulates around the entire circle. The patterns are actually MORE FUN on this toy than the “steady” rotation functions are—something I’d never ever say about a clitoral vibrator (where I largely hate patterned functions).
A couple of Rose Twirlz’s patterns, I’ve concluded, are the best windshield-wiper movement ever, lol. This is clitoral action that gets me off. The Rose Twirlz is rubbing it, stroking it. 😀🥳
Sitting with this rotating massager in my panties is easiest for me. My hands don’t need to keep it in place; and I can focus on how arousing the clit stroking is. The Rose Twirlz’s tip angled toward my clit, its floral shape between my thighs.
You do want to get the Rose Twirlz’s spinning bead situated correctly for your body: it should be rubbing up on the spot where you most like your clitoris stimulated. For some people ✋, this is right below the clitoris’ glans (=head); for others, it’s right on top, or even above the glans.
I like the Rose Twirlz for foreplay too. Hand it over to my bf, let him hold it and swirl me. It’s a nice change from fingering (which I love, but we all get bored sometimes). The way the little beaded tip swirls… OMG, have someone play with your nipples while that’s going on — super exciting. You might need a waterproof blanket, as I ended up squirting the last time!!
Only possible disadvantage to know before buying the Rose Twirlz: if you are sensitive to noise, the Twirlz’s rotation whirs in a distinct way. At up to 40 decibels, Rose Twirlz’s rotation alone is quieter than many thrusting dildos (also quieter than a Magic Wand vibrator powered up), but you’ll hear the rotating probe’s mechanical sound distinctly. And with vibration, it is exactly as loud as a Magic Wand on high!
Vibration Functions and Strength
The Rose Twirlz has 10 vibration functions, separately changeable from the rotating clitoral massage point. That’s 3 steady vibration speeds + 7 vibration patterns.
The vibration is strong as a typical $30 bullet vibrator, so it’s OK, but don’t expect mega-powerful. It’s not rumbly. I wouldn’t use it as a vibrator by itself, but when you add in the swirling tip rubbing my clit… much better.
The tip-motion makes this whole toy. (Or, you can only use the rotating tip, so Rose Twirlz becomes a clitoral stimulation toy that doesn’t vibrate.)
How to Use
This rotating clitoral massage vibrator can be used without lubricant if you’re wet, but a good water-based lubricant will add comfort by reducing friction. Just apply a couple drops of lubricant over the Rose Twirlz bud’s silicone center and silicone petals.
How to Control The Rose Twirlz
To turn on the Skins Rose Twirlz, hold down on the power button for 2 seconds (I can count to 3). It will light up.
Then, press either / or: The top button (🔄) to start the rotation speeds; or the power button again to start the vibration.
Each motor has 10 functions that you flip through, by continuing to tap its respective control button.
Hold down on the power button for another 2 seconds to fully power off the Rose Twirlz.
How to Position
The Rose Twirlz vibrator is very palm-sized, so its easy to hang onto. You can either:
- Grip the bottom of its rounded bud-shape, and press its rounded stroking bead against your / your partner’s clitoris. You may do this while laying in bed or sitting anywhere you like inside your home, like on a couch.
- Sit in a comfortable chair, with the Rose Twirlz fit inside your underwear. Bikini panties keep it stably positioned right in front of my pubic mound, with the Rose Twirlz’s roto-tip angled about 45 degrees toward me, so it’s massaging under my clit.
Care & Cleaning
It’s water-resistant, not rated for submersion. So, the Skin Rose Twirlz’s silicone + ABS plastic flower can be used in the shower and washed in the sink, but you might avoid submerging it in the bathtub.
To clean, just use your normal handsoap and scrub Rose Twirlz’s top under running water from your sink. The floral petals on the side take a touch more work to remove fluids and lubricant from. Like with most Rose vibrators, you can use a soft bristled toothbrush for extra cleaning.
It’s USB rechargeable. The Rose Twirlz includes a magnetic charging base that you site the flower vibrator on top of. Here, you rotate its bud slowly, under the magnets connect.
Recap & Rating
This swirling rosebud vibrator is sweet for its clitoral stroking motion, not just a vibrator. Unlike most rotating massagers — including the $169 Lelo Ora 3, which somehow costs 3.5 times more — the Rose Twirlz does let you opt for just a rotating, stroking tip.
The vibration is OK, but it’s the rotating part that stands out. A smooth bead under a soft silicone skin, that moves and tugs under my clit until I can’t take the buildup anymore. It’s an awesome foreplay and teasing toy, too.

Fun per dollar value: Feels really erotic to sit on it and let my clit be massaged. Insane build-up during foreplay when my nipples are being lightly stroked, too. Smooth silicone top; petals require a bit of lube to minimize friction. | 4.75 |
User experience/ Ease of use: Rotating tip has a great range of motion, and 10 functions to play with. Excellent you can control the rotating tip and the vibration separately. Smooth silicone top; rolling tip doesn’t feel “poke-y” or uncomfortable. The vibration is energetic, and fairly high-pitched (which does make it more noticeable alongside the rotation). Awesome to sit with it angling into ur clit; or use during foreplay for a different kinda building arousal. | 4.5 |
Luxury feel: Body-safe, smooth silicone + ABS; Clean, compact packaging; USB rechargeable; Water-resistant not submersible, like all Rose toys. Totally fine to use in the shower and wash under running water. | 4.25 |
