Womanizer Enhance Review (2026): Suction + Vibration, Tested

Finally, Womanizer adds vibration to a clit sucking toy — and this one actually works.

In this Womanizer Enhance review, I found the Enhance to be the first new Womanizer in years that genuinely improves on the brand’s classic air-pulse design. After first testing it, I knew it might finally replace the older Womanizer models I usually recommend. That surprised me, since my last experience (the Womanizer Next, 2024) was weaker than the $49.99 Satisfyer Pro 2 — I detail the differences in my Womanizer vs. Satisfyer suction toy comparison.

The Womanizer Enhance is a genuine reversal. After 7.5 years of testing Womanizer toys, this is the most effective one for my body, combining strong air-pulse suction with vibration that actually travels inward. The result is fuller, longer orgasms that engage the internal clitoris in a way no previous Womanizer has.

How I Review & How I’m Funded

All body-safe, zero BS. I only recommend body-safe toys I’d feel good suggesting to a close friend, and I don’t accept paid reviews, ads, or editorial control. Affiliate links help fund independent testing of 1,300+ vibrators, 600+ dildos, 150+ butt plugs, and plenty of other gear. Every product is tested at least five times, with emphasis on ergonomics, ease of use, and—most importantly—sensation compared with similar toys, so you can decide if it’ll work for you.

Enhance Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Flattened mouth design transmits vibration better into the clitoral shaft and internal clitoris.
  • Deep-pulsing clitoral thumping suction,
  • AND rumbly vibration.
  • Separate suction vs. vibration controls.
  • 10 sucking speeds (=intensity levels).
  • Very adjustable: 10 functions of vibration × 10 speeds of vibration.
  • Body-safe silicone.

Cons

  • Thicker “mouth” rim creates a looser suction seal than standard air-pulse designs (like the We-Vibe Melt or classic Womanizer heads).
  • Learning curve with the control buttons.
  • Not cheap.

The Womanizer Enhance suction vibrator is made of nonporous silicone with ABS plastic on handle, has a 0.48″ wide × 0.6″ long inner “mouth” size, covers 1.6″ length directly over the clitoris, and is 6.1″ length × 1.95″ diameter total size. It’s waterproof and magnetic USB rechargeable.

Is the Womanizer Enhance worth it?

Yes — the Womanizer Enhance is worth it if you want deeper stimulation than classic clit suction alone. It’s best for people who enjoy air-pulse toys, but have always wished they delivered more internal clitoral sensation. The Enhance’s vibration travels inward better than any previous Womanizer I’ve tested. Its thicker mouth creates a looser suction seal than narrow-mouth designs like the Melt, but the wider vibration spread reduces pinpoint overstimulation — especially for sensitive clits.

If you prefer fast & tight suction with minimal buildup, cheaper options like the Zen Rose may suit you better. But for slower, fuller orgasms with real vibration depth, the Enhance finally justifies Womanizer’s premium price.

My Experience Testing the Enhance

This the longest clitoral-only orgasm I’ve had in recent memory. Usually they last about 5–10 seconds, right — and this went on twice as long.

Testing the flattened mouth opening of the Womanizer Enhance
The Enhance’s wider, flattened mouth spreads vibration rather than forming a tight suction seal.

I’d been lingering with the Enhance: knowing I was super close for 15 minutes: I was receiving waves of intense arousal and endorphins – with serious clitoral sensitivity, and good tension throughout the pelvic floor.

Holding off coming was a very pleasant experience, when I have the time: for a full 15–20 minute stretch, my body received the same pleasant intensity as I’ve feel 5 seconds prior to climax. That is wild.

I’m sure it’s the vibration that makes the difference: Womanizer’s air pulse (since I first got one 7 years ago) has always been deeply thuddy. That’s what I call this air-powered tech when it’s deep—like how rumbly describes lower vibration frequencies. Together, the two are actually going deeper.

Womanizer Enhance combines air-pulse suction with internal vibration.

The Womanizer Enhance’s flattened mouth helps, is strategic. Instead of forming a tight suction “seal” like narrower air-pulse toys, it spreads vibration across a wider area — which is why I feel stimulation deeper under the clitoris, along the internal clitoral shaft. (That area corresponds to the start of the internal clitoral structure below the pelvic floor.) For me, that trade-off favors sensation over seal strength.

It was so good that I immediately started comparing the Enhance to my other top air-pulse favorites — especially in the context of best clit suction toys compared, where differences in seal shape, vibration depth, and orgasm style really matter.

Womanizer Enhance vs. We-Vibe Melt

For 5 years, the We-Vibe Melt was my #1 go-to for intense clit stimulation. Why? It’s the power of a Womanizer, but in this slimline shape that makes it easier to hold. The Melt is lighter, and you can use an ultra realistic dildo or a vaginal plug at the same time.

It’s still true: the We-Vibe Melt interferes with partnered sex the least. It remains lighter than the Enhance, and doesn’t have a ledge taking up space toward the vagina: All this area pointed out by an arrow is where a penis could ram into the Enhance:

Since I’ve moved to using wand vibrators (complete guide) most during penetration, this is less of a factor for me now – but if you want the very best suction toy to use during sex (penis-in-vagina sex, specifically!) then the Melt 2 (product listing) reigns supreme.

Womanizer Enhance vs. Zen Rose suction toy

The Zen Rose (review) is the clit suction toy I’ve used most for 20 months now. I find myself picking it up (often) when I should’ve gone to bed 30 minutes ago, but I still want to cum before I fall asleep. Because: It’s quickly satisfying and very strong.

After a month of further testing, the Zen Rose and the Womanizer Enhance now fit different moods for me:
🌷 Zen Rose is for intense suction and faster climax. (More common.)
💟 Womanizer Enhance is for when I want slower buildup, deeper vibration, and a more drawn-out orgasm. (Weekend play at leisure!)

The Zen Rose has rumblier vibration than any other Rose toys, and it’s not a pain in the butt to clean, like how standard Rose toy cleaning requires extra steps. Zen Rose’s only drawback? It has no low speeds. Instead, the Zen Rose’s 5 speeds progress from “whoa, I feel that!” to “wwwwwwwwwwwooooooooooo” *no words*. (It’s crazy it’s this strong for under $50).

Comparison of Zen Rose and Womanizer Enhance clit suction toys
Zen Rose (left) and Womanizer Enhance (right) compared by size and mouth shape. Zen Rose favors faster intensity; while the Enhance supports slower, deeper stimulation.

The Womanizer Enhance has a much better range from lower to strong, its vibration adjusts separately, but it’s a gradually building orgasm – feels fuller, but takes me 2–3 times as long to get there. It’s not a “quick orgasm before bed” type of stimulator in my experience.

Womanizer Enhance Functions

The Enhance has dual (2) motors: air pulse a.k.a. suction, and vibration.

Suction / Air Pulse (PleasureAir) Functions and Strength

The Womanizer Enhance has 10 air-pulse sucking speeds. All are consistent (steady) pulses, not patterns. That’s great.

IMO, Enhance’s suction is really close to the Womanizer Classic 2 (12 speeds, $119 normal price). It’s powerful and definitely as strong as the Satisfyer Pro 2. But this, Enhance, has the rumbly vibration, 🤤. (Honestly. I’m never using a Womanizer without vibration again.)

Size comparison of Womanizer toys with We-Vibe Melt 2 and Zen Rose
Size comparison of three Womanizer models alongside the We-Vibe Melt 2 and Zen Rose suction toy.

Womanizer toys are premium, and they generally follow a rule: The more you pay for a Womanizer, the more speeds it has. So the current versions run like: the Starlet ($79) has 6 speeds, the Liberty ($119) has 8 speeds, the Classic ($129) has 12 speeds, the Premium ($199) has 14 speeds.1

Vibration Functions and Strength

Womanizer was the original “air pulse” a.k.a. “clit suction” toymaker, but Womanizer toys were never clitoral vibrators pre-2024 – they puffed out air, but did *not* emit vibration waves – until the disappointing Next, and now the so-much-better Enhance.

Womanizer Enhance’s vibration is moderately powerful, and rumbly to start; it gets slightly buzzy on the upper speeds, but not annoying.

Without the 2nd suction motor, this would not be an exceptional vibrator. It’d be a rumbly enough vibrator, not bad: but when you turn on the pulse-thumping air, the vibration in Enhance comes off as sooo much more intense.

The internal clit does a lot for me, when properly stimulated. I’m glad Womanizer finally got with the times & added vibration – perhaps spurred on by how Rose vibrators (comparison) are actually vibrators, in addition to being clit suction toys.

How to Use Enhance’s Suction and Vibration

How to Control

Turn On: To turn on the Enhance vibrator, hold down on the + button for 2 seconds.

Close-up of Womanizer Enhance five-button control layout
The Womanizer Enhance uses separate buttons for suction intensity, vibration intensity, and vibration patterns.

Change Suction Intensity: The + and – buttons turn the air pulse = suction intensity up and down, respectively.

Change Vibration Intensity: The wavy symbols to the right and left turn the vibration intensity up and down. (The one with two wavy lines is up, and one wave is down.)

Try the Vibration Rhythms: If you want vibration patterns, look for the fifth button – closest to the magnetic charging contacts. That lets you cycle through the 10 vibration functions (1 steady, 9 rhythms = patterns). You can use the wavy buttons here, to make any of Enhance’s vibe patterns stronger or weaker: that’s 10 functions × 10 speeds.

Turn Off: Hold down on the – button for 2 seconds.

Ease of Control: First time I was flipping through the Womanizer Enhance’s 5 different buttons, I had to dig around to figure out the up vs. down vibration arrows. It’s not the simplest system.2 All the buttons are really close together, so it’s easy to mash the wrong one.

This did get easier the second time I used the Enhance. I still wish the buttons were more clearly separated: There is room on the back of the Enhance to have the suction and vibration controls not stacked in a cross, but in two different rows.

How to Clitoral Stimulation w/ Enhance

If you’re new to air pulse tech, #1 tip: You need a safe water-based lubricant.

Then: Find your clitoris, surround it with the Enhance’s open oval.

Start with the low speeds… and gradually move up. Try vibration & suction, lower then higher.

Linger and enjoy. Focus on what you feel; on your arousal; don’t be afraid to make noise. (Listen to audioporn or a trashy romance if that turns you on, too!)

Care & Cleaning

Womanizer Enhance is labeled as IPX7 waterproof, but the air-pressure tech is most sensational if it’s not fighting against water pressure in the bath.

It’s a full silicone exterior that repels germs. You can clean it even more by washing with soap and warm water, scrubbing the inner mouth lightly.

It’s USB magnetic rechargeable, with way over 2 hours of run-time per recharge. I tested it as running for 195 minutes straight (3 hours, 15 minutes).

Final Rating, Womanizer Enhance

The Enhance by Womanizer is like Womanizer coming out of hibernation, tbh.

Clit sucking plus rumbly vibration – now that’s a pairing that’s actually worth splurging on. (At $129, it’s awesome.) It’s got power, but also low speeds: range. It’s beyond good. I’m gonna go use mine more now.

  1. I haven’t tried the Enhance yet but for a long time the Premium 2 and Duo 2 were close to my favorite toys, then a few days ago I got the Pro40 model and it’s probably one of my current favorites. It has the deepest nozzle of any air pressure toy I’ve tried so far and (to me at least) it has a more suctiony/vacuum quality to the pulsations. I hope it isn’t phased out any time soon!

    • Aha! Good to hear your experience.

I focus on the hole’s width and length more than its depth because my clit doesn’t stick out, so it’s good for me to consider adding depth in dimensions too.

    • Great question! IMO the Enhance is missing the highest and low speeds on the Premium 2, and the Enhance’s broader “lip” around the air pulse hole serves to transmit vibration more widely. (The Premium 2 doesn’t have a vibrating motor.)

As someone who gets more from wider stimulation than from the strongest possible air-pulse speed, it’s not even a question of which is better – the Enhance will be my personal pick every time,

But for people who don’t care about wide vibration as much and really do want the most intense air-pulsing “suction”, then the Premium 2 makes sense.
