Solina Spotta – Oh WOW G-spot Sculpted Dildo Review

This mushroom head kicks ass vs. the OG G-spot dildo, Mustang. The Solina Spotta dildo might be new on the market – but inside my vagina, it already feels timeless, classic.

“Sculpted,” it’s called, and that’s true: Solina Spotta’s shaft is very realistic, but then its head is more flared than life. This design makes the Spotta dildo more sensational vs. the average penis.

The extra lift, the lip of its corona: over and over and over, more stimulation while thrusting – still with the softness of dual-layer silicone. A recap of everything I felt testing out the Solina Spotta dildo 2 review:

The Run-Down:

Impressively G-spot-stimulating dildo, made from dual platinum silicone. Bigger-than-real flared head combines w/ lifelike skin detailing. Soft & comfortable. Balls for clit grinding too.

How I Review & How I’m Funded

Body-safe only, test-driven for performance. I only recommend toys I’d feel good suggesting to a close friend, and I don’t accept paid reviews, ads, or editorial control. Affiliate links help fund independent testing of 1,300+ vibrators, 600+ dildos, 150+ butt plugs, and plenty of other gear. I tested the Solina Spotta 10+ times before this review, with emphasis on ergonomics, ease of use, and—most importantly—sensation compared with similar toys, so you can decide if it’ll work for you.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Best ridge for G-spot massage.
  • Excellent shaft skin-feel.
  • Dual-density silicone is supple + supported.
  • Flared for anal (including prostate stimulation).
  • Balls stimulate outside, too, since:
  • Medium length makes clit play easier.
  • Body-safe platinum silicone.
  • Won’t harbor bacteria. Can be sanitized.

Cons

  • Bends a bit more easily vs. the thicker Solina dildos: Mega XL & XXL sizes.
  • Folks who require extra-hard G-spot pressure will benefit more from glass or steel (like the Njoy Pure Wand).

The Solina Spotta dildo is made of nonporous silicone. It has a 1.63″ diameter × 1.6″ long head, 5.4″ insertable length, from 4.45 to 5″ shaft circumference, 1.45″ average shaft width, and 7.3″ total length including the soft silicone ballsack and firm silicone suction cup. It’s easy to wash – you only need soap and water. Platinum-cured silicone will not mold, nor will it crack or pick up bacteria & yeast!!!

My Experience with Solina Spotta

This, Spotta, is the most precise G-spot stimulation of any of the Solina ultra-realistic dildos now. It is so fun to lay back and feel it thrust, thrust, thrust into me.

The Solina Spotta’s ridge really juts out, but in this fab gentle way. It pulls and tugs just the right amount. It feels brilliant moving along over the G-spot!!!

Solina Spotta dual density G spot dildo Phallophile Reviews

Clitoral warmup is 100% essential for best results. I’m fairly sensitive and can orgasm from G-spot stim. alone, but the orgasms are faster and harder. My method:

How to Use the Spotta Dildo

First, definitely get your clit stimulation going: that makes G-spot & blended orgasms a ton easier to achieve.

[My fave clit toys rn are the Zen Rose (strongest overall), Enhance Pump (most oral-like, + rumbly gentle vibration), and Maia Shroomie (squishiest to rub on, wide area).]

You want to be aroused clitorally, and preferably have a clit orgasm first prior to letting the Spotta dildo do its job.

Then, I insert the Spotta so its balls are facing up, as I lie back in bed. I rub-stroke it, gripping the Spotta’s suction cup. I can feel its long scrotum impacting my clit + mound. The Spotta’s sack presses on my clit, rubbing it downward as I gently thrust the Solina Spotta by hand.

Solina Spotta’s soft silicone scrotum, squished.

Sometimes I’ll come this way, right off, a second orgasm STAT if I’ve had a clitoral one right before.

Next, flip the Spotta dildo 180 degrees. It’s time for G-spot action!!! The Solina Spotta’s chiseled ridge should now be facing the clitoris – that’s the belly side of your body, as the Spotta’s scrotum is facing your butt now.

The G-spot is typically 2–3 inches inside the vagina, on that anterior (front) wall. Grip the back of the Spotta dildo’s balls + suction cup, and stroke it downward. The downward pull is where you’ll likely feel the most, and then repeat, repeat, repeat.

Insistence and faster motion – plus pressure – all can amplify G-spot sensation.

This is a huge part of why the Spotta’s giving me easier orgasms. Some of Solina Spotta’s superiority for my vagina comes down to shape, but a lot comes down to density:

Spotta’s lip catches in this particular way: love💗 how it sticks out.

Solina silicone dildos long rec. 5

But then, the silicone is just incrementally firmer. It’s still soft! It sticks out and is soft, but it’s not gushy soft nor sticky. That’s what we call silicone density, firmness:

Spotta Dildo’s Dual-Density Silicone

For me, the Spotta dildo is no question better than the Vixskin Mustang, a legacy toy that became the most popular dual-density silicone dildo for 15 years. That’s cuz the Spotta’s ridge 1.) juts forward a bit more, with the extra “lip”; and 2.) the Spotta’s silicone head is about 1A Shore point firmer. Solina dual-density silicone is very soft, but not *the* softest silicone possible.

Solina Spotta vs. VixSkin Mustang dildos for G spot stimulation review

The Solina silicone is better balanced to match a live human erection, due to being 2A shore like a glans penis. Mustang, in contrast, is even more squishysquishy, so its ridge yields the most as you move it.

VixSkin Mustang’s silicone IMO feels like when you’re f*cking a partner, he cums and then he’s just beginning to go soft, but he isn’t flaccid yet. It’s pretty good, but I have to ride / thrust harder to come myself, and it’s mentally disconcerting to me. I’ve read plenty of guys say it’s great for anal, but for vaginal, I’m not as into the really extra squish – I want erectness.

And this Solina silicone head absolutely feels more realistically (=fully) erect.

The Spotta’s head size is slightly above average, while its shaft is a very median circumference. This balances out and should make it a usable toy for most people, whether vaginally or anally.

But, the medium-size shaft also makes the dual-layer’s core more flexible. Like the Mustang, its shaft will bend slightly more than an erection. That’s versus the 100% most-lifelike-balanced dildos I know:

Solina Spotta realistic Gspot dildo vs. Vixskin Mustang and Solina Mega XL heads
From left: Solina Spotta, Vixskin Mustang and Solina Mega XL dildo heads.

Solina Spotta vs. Solina Mega Large & XL

The Solina Mega XL and XXL are the most erection-like balance of silicone density.

Both are thicker than average erect girth:

  • The Mega Extra-Large is a touch thick, will be OK for maybe 70% of folks, while 30% will find its consistent girth too large.
  • The Mega Extra-EXTRA Large is larger than 99.98% of erections, so it’ll be too big for most people. However, those of us into size fandom explorations will find its girth perfectly manageable: it’s a BIG dildo but not a MONSTER dildo. Your experience level matters a lot.

The larger Solina Megas (XL, 2XL) are good G-spotters but not outstanding G-spotters. They lack G-spot *focus*, which is what plenty of people desire.

The dip-a-ripple inset here makes Mega XL pop with thrusting, in a gliding way.

But, Mega XL’s ridge is not as prominent as the Solina Spotta’s ridge.

TL;DR: If G-spot stimulation is your primary want, then go with the Spotta. If a lil more girth + realism are your winning combo, then the Mega XL will reign supreme. (But if 2″ thickness if your be-all-and-end-all, then Mega 2XL!)

Spotta Helpful Add-Ons

Three extra tools let me enjoy the Solina Spotta most. Numbers 1 and 2 are full stop “can’t live without,” while #3 is just helpful.

Best dildo mount Lap Strap + Solina Spotta
Best dildo mount Lap Strap + Solina Spotta
  1. I fully recommend playing with a clitoral toy (or even manual clitoral rubbing, if you like it) prior to inserting the Spotta dildo. Having your entire clitoral body aroused is essential for the best G-spotting: Did you know the clitoris has internal structures too (“crura”) that surround the vagina, and help innervate the whole front-vaginal region? The internal clitoris is awesome and not praised enough!
  2. Good lubricant. Sliquid Silk is my go-to for safety reasons. It lasts well, and washes off Solina silicone no problem.
  3. Strap-on harness = dildo mount for hands-free riding. The Spotta’s balls are really great to come down on this way, riding down, as I’ve got the harness’s docking plate strapped around my old pillow. Missionary re-creation, (normal style or backwards missionary) works for adjusting the speed, angle, and pressure from your penetration.

Because the Spotta is not long, it’s simpler to ride down and take the whole dildo. Fantastic if you’ve got a partner who’s ever wanted to see what it looks like as you ride the D, from a rear-view perspective or bobbing side-view (*jiggle*).

Care & Cleaning Solina Silicone Dildos

To clean, use your normal handsoap and scrub the Solina Spotta dildo under running water from your sink.

Soap is antimicrobial as it forms micelles around bacteria and other germs, lifting them off the surface of the silicone, and then washing them away as the water flows over the silicone. Wash for 30 seconds to a minute. Shake off extra water, and let the silicone dry.

Recap & Rating the Spotta Dildo G-spot Dildo

The Solina Spotta is my new top G-spot recommendation, and it’s such a relief to have a great one finally that’s even a touch more imposing than VixSkin Mustang, costs one-third the price while being equally safe, and that has balls for clit stimulation too.

Remember to flip the Spotta around for clit play, then reverse it to get the G-spot stimulating crown in the right place. After a good clitoral warmup, or paired with a fab clit toy for blended orgasms, it is a powerhouse.

This G-spot dildo is a medium size, not girthy. If you instead want more thickness, then the Maxima or Mega XL are 10/10 worth looking at in comparison.

Orgasms per dollar value:
OMG the ridge is like the best shape I never imagined would be fantastic, but it is. The balls for more stim. help. The realistic look’s definitely there in the shaft, tho. the sculpted ridge (albeit an awesome feel) looks less lifelike. The orgasms are next-level when I’ve warmed up / or while using a wand vibrator, blended G-spot + clitoral screaming. Possibly unfair, but –0.25 stars since my personal preference is for girthy shafts: this one is a standard size. As a sometimes insatiable vag-haver, I start with multiple-O’ing on Spotta, then finish with a larger Mega dildo.

User experience/ Ease of use:
Can’t describe how good this silicone is. In-fuckin-credible balance. The balls make it a teensy bit tougher to handle & thrust, but then they work for clit stimulation, so they’re a positive overall.

  1. I’ve been really loving all of your Solina reviews! I’ve seen your site for years, but was always too timid – but now I’m finally searching for my first dildo! I’ve used the Lelo Soraya, but nothing else – which definititely isn’t a “realistic” toy by any means, haha.
I was pretty sold on the Mega (L or XL, leaning more towards the L) based on your glowing review, but after reading this post, I’m a bit torn. I’m going to get the thigh mount you recommend for pillows, and can’t decide whether or not I’d prefer the stimulation you mention that the Spotta’s balls provide. Truth to be told, I’m a bit ball-adverse when it comes to actual human penises (i know it sounds ridiculous, i just have always unexplainably been grossed out by them) and haven’t had a real life experience with them either. I’m also curious about whether or not you think the head makes that much of a difference against the Mega for the G-spot for a quote-on-quote casual user?

So, long winded intro aside, i was wondering, between the Spotta and Mega, which you’d recommend for someone’s first dildo, who can only afford to get one and stick with it? And, additionally – you make the XL sound so much better than the L – would you recommend it as something to get now and work up to later?

    • Thank you for reading!

That is a hard call. I think the Solina Spotta is a more noticeable G-spot toy, but if u:

      – really don’t like the look of balls,
      – are looking for the easier toy to grip, and/or
      – don’t know how into G-spot stimulation you are, personally,

then the Mega Large dildo makes sense as the best choice.

I have a strong personal preference for thicker penises, which many people do not share — that’s the driving reason why I like the XL and XXL Megas most.

Real-life balls are more interesting to feel than they are to look at. But no synthetic material will imitate how testicles move within the scrotum, which imo is fascinating – but if it still sounds weird to you, then your opinion is also 100% valid.

  2. Fantastic website and your reviews are just the best! Been lurking here with excitement from few years and it’s time to get something!

I’m wondering, what is wrong with the Maxima, as it looks like it’s the biggest, girthiest from all 3 new models, but still below MegaXL. You don’t like the feeling? Is Spotta that much better?

I’m on the short side, bit curvy but ultra sensitive overall. Do you think Maxima would be good choice for the first toy ever? I would like mostly something that is good to ride, and that bend of Maxima seems to be made for that, but I’m not sure about how stiff it is. Are all Solina’s similar in terms of stiffness? Ah you are lucky you try them all 😁

    • Hi, sorry for my slooooowness in missing answering this! It’s a great detailed question, too!

The Maxima’s lower shaft narrows vs. its more “above average” head, and the core is not super-dense – so it is flexible. It really just depends on how much pressure any individual needs.

I think that the Mega XL is slightly smoother to thrust (besides the popping ridge) and the lack of narrowing in the lower shaft makes it feel a notch more realistic. But I do like the Maxima a lot. It’s a matter of small degrees,

And honestly, since this I’ve started to flip-flop so that recently I’ve used the Maxima a little bit more than the Spotta.

It seems like you were really inclined to it, so that matters a lot.

Like all silicone, the thinner a toy is in the same density, the more flexible it will be.
This is why I think the Mega XXL has the most erect-like feeling out of all of them – its core bends less simply because it’s fatter.

but it’s much better to get a toy that’s a comfortable thickness than to feel something is unusable since it’s too wide.

And a lot of people do like 100% super-soft silicones, and find for example Mr. Hankey’s Toys’ 40% soft firmness (which they say is like a 40% erect penis) really great and lifelike enough for their taste. So, definitely a personal preference thing.

I do feel very lucky 🤗

  3. Bought this off your recommendation/review. Was looking for a realistic toy with a bigger tip for P-spot stim. Works great and it’s a good size.

  4. Bought this just last night because of this review, and I’m very excited to try it out! I’m pretty new to this, so I was wondering, how would you safely store this toy after use and cleaning?

    Reply
    • You can put it on a towel or in a plastic bag, or in a drawer or plastic box with other non-vibrating silicone toys or with glass toys. The “DO NOT”s for storing silicone are:

      • Don’t store in a fabric bag that has cheap dye that will fade onto the silicone.
      • Don’t store soft silicone (like the Spotta) against any vibrators.
      • Don’t store any silicone touching a more-porous material like PVC.

      Hope this helps!

  5. First off: great review! I really appreciate your detailed and in-depth you approach to your work.

Secondly: Spotta sounds fantastic, however, we have one of those bouncy seats with an inflatable “holder” to place underneath for riding. We are experimenting with that and wifey enjoys it. Unfortunately, I don’t think the balls on this will allow the Spotta to fit inside the inflatable “seat”. Is there an option that is similar but without the scrotum?

    Thanks in advance.

  6. First off: great review. I really appreciate your in depth approach to your work here.

Secondly: wifey and I are looking for something new. The Spotta looks fantastic, however, we have one of those riding stools with elastic and it came with a nice inflatable “holder” to use under the stool. Unfortunately, it appears the scrotum on Spotta would inhibit its insertion into the inflatable. Is there a similar option without the tentacles?

    Thanks in advance.

    • Oh wow, I had to read the last question 3 times before I realized “tentacles” was a typo for “testicles” 🤣
The Mega Large would be the closest alternative.
Or you can get the Body Dock strap & use it as a dildo mount over pillows, like so!
