The Nereon dildo by Fabled Toys burst into my bedroom late one cool December morning. First, I saw the light shimmering through its marbled, pearly colors – but then, the very filling G-spot orgasm this fantasy dildo gave me had already won me over, 15 minutes after unboxing it.
I’ve kept testing the Fabled Nereon as a fantasy G-spot dildo over the last 2 months – and it performs, becoming my favorite fantasy toy and even earning a place in my best G-spot dildos (tested and compared) guide.
How I Review & How I’m Funded
Body-safe only; test-driven performance. I only recommend toys I’d feel good suggesting to a close friend, and I don’t accept paid reviews, ads, or editorial control. Affiliate links help fund independent testing of 1,300+ vibrators, 600+ dildos, 150+ butt plugs, and plenty of other gear. This fantasy silicone dildo was tested 15+ times, focusing on ergonomic design, ease of use, and—most importantly—sensation compared with similar toys, so you can decide if it’ll work for you.
Nereon Dildo Pros & Cons
The Nereon dildo by Fabled Toys is a “sea god” themed dildo, made of platinum silicone in a soft 00-55 Shore.
Pros:
- Balanced soft density of body-safe silicone: Not too squishy, not firm.
- Girthy mid-shaft creates a full feeling:
- 2× G-spot stimulation: from the head ridge & the bulge.
- Marbled colors with shimmery opal look.
- Smoothed ripples in lower shaft offer clit massage.
- Pronounced, not pointy, fantasy dildo textures enable smooth thrusting.
- Semi-phallic head is ideal for fans of realistic dildos who want a different new toy.
Cons:
- Thick 2.2″ mid-section is not suited for users who need a standard girth.
- Soft 00-55 Shore silicone is not ideal for anyone who wants super-soft.
Good for: Users who want a fantasy dildo with strong G-spot fullness, noticeable girth, and multiple smooth stimulation points without overly aggressive texture.
–
Not ideal for: Beginners, users sensitive to girth, or anyone looking for a slim or very soft silicone dildo.

My Experience Testing the Nereon Dildo
Throughout my 2 months with the Nereon dildo (product page), I’ve tested it for manual thrusting (by hand), riding on the suction cup base, and attaching it to a sex machine for hands-free thrust.
Manual thrusting
This is my most common way to use Nereon: it’s so girthy and noticeable, that it’s easy to lay in bed and not even need to thrust it hard. You will feel the Nereon’s big bulging mid-section most, and then the wavy head above is present in a great way.
As a huge fan of lifelike silicone dildos, I’m drawn to toys that have something like a humanoid coronal ridge (the “crown” on a penis head) — but occasionally, I want a dildo to give me more texture please, not just feel lifelike.
It took about 5 sessions with the Nereon dildo till I realized, “This is like my favorite fantasy dildo now.” It’s the one I keep returning to for manual thrusting when I want more stimulation points, more different feelings. (It’s especially the best amidst less-sensitive parts of my cycle.)
When I thrust the Nereon dildo in my body, I feel the ridge as pleasurable; natural. And then, the way the 2.2″ diameter thickness bulges is the huge driving factor for why I love this design: it expands and contracts my vaginal “shallows” (introitus) during thrusting. That feels awesome. Last, the icing on the cake is when I bend the Nereon dildo’s soft silicone so the lower shaft rubs under my clit. I feel it best when thrusting the Fabled Nereon this way, versus:
Nereon Dildo on a Sex Machine
When I use the Fabled Nereon on a sex machine (comparison guide)‘s suction cup attachment, this is what I feel most:
- The ridge is subtle. Still stimulating, but with less dramatic *pop* as I lay back to receive the machine’s movement.
- The mid-shaft bulge is the dominant feature: it makes the G-spot stimulation intense even at low and medium thrusting speeds. I think about squirting sex, because it creates this “wow I have some pressure that needs to be relieved here” sensation. And I keep going with that feeling… 💥
For warmup on the machine – I’ve been using my new favorite for smoothness, the Solina sex machine (review) – I always recommend a clitoral stimulator. A mid-sized wand vibrator with a smooth head is very comfortable, and it’s easiest to climax after getting turned on by the wand.
On the machine, I feel the clit-stimulating ripples less, but the Nereon dildo’s muscular mid-section makes up for it. The semi-soft silicone density (and the textures being noticeable but not too much) make this a really powerful toy.
Suction Cup Use
At 7.25″ insertable length, the Nereon is quite long (average penis length being 5.5″), so it’s difficult for me to suction cup Nereon down to ride on my favorite dildo mount method. I can decrease the height of the mount, but still, it’s alotta shaft for my personal preferences. The last 2 inches of Nereon’s length suit my body best when bent to rub outside, clitorally.
That I can manage when suction-cupping Nereon to a wall, then holding onto the doorframe beside and leaning backward slightly. (More on functional suction cup dildo positions (guide).) This works OK for clitoral stimulation, but still is not the most convenient way. As a whole, I don’t dislike the Nereon as a standard suction cup dildo, but it’s much better for my body during manual or sex machine mounted uses.
Nereon’s Body-Safe Silicone Density
The Nereon dildo is a soft silicone measuring in at 00-55 dildo Shore durometer. (That’s between Bad Dragon’s medium and firm densities, where the “firm” density is softer than 90% of mass-market dildos.) Many G-spot dildos are made from firmer materials to maintain pressure during thrusting: see the Njoy Pure Wand, where technique relies on consistent ultra-hard pressure. As a thick fantasy dildo, the Nereon takes a different approach: its fairly soft silicone keeps its shaft textures both comfortable and noticeable.
That’s not as squishy as for example the G squeeze vagina plug (review) or the “squishy soft” Fabled Toys dildos like the Gnarr, now our top knotted dildo.
But it’s not hard silicone like on most body-safe vibrators.1
In contrast with a dual dildo like the Solina dildo lineup (compared), Nereon’s density is in between too: slightly firmer vs. Solinas’ skin-soft exterior, but also more flexible because it lacks the hard core characteristic of dual-density dildos.
Sculpted Design Features
Nereon’s shape includes:
- a wavy head for noticeable impact,
- a larger bulge below,
- smooth ripples (lower shaft),
- an open clamshell base, finishing with a suction cup.
Care & Cleaning
Platinum silicone is the best soft body-safe sex toy material for fantasy toys – it’s anti-microbial, doesn’t hang onto bacteria, and can be washed easily.
You just need any soap and water. Usually I can wash my toys in a quick 20 second scrub & rinse, but Nereon has many textures. This means you should spend about 1 minute scrubbing soap into its ripples, front and back; then washing down with water.
You can use any water-based lubricant on the Nereon. It’s safe to store soft silicone toys together, and does not require a special storage bag or accessories.
💡Note: Lubricant can be body-safe, too! My guide on safe lubricant gives pH + osmolality test results, and explains.
Final Rating of the Fabled Toys Nereon Dildo
The Nereon dildo has turned into the fantasy dildo I keep coming back to. This sea-god’s shape is balanced in soft enough, not floppy platinum silicone — and its ridge is noticeable enough, and the bulge filling enough, to make it a very functional G-spot toy.
This isn’t a beginner toy. If you’re used to over 2″ thickness and you want a fantasy design that’s smooth – yet also wayyy more than realistically textured – it’s excellent. One of the best fantasy shapes I’ve ever tested.

| Orgasms per dollar value: The wavy ridge + G-spot fullness are so stimulating for me. Really works quickly. | 4.8 |
| User experience/ Ease of use: Simple to use once warmed up to the girth. Stimulating w/o much effort. Soft silicone keeps longer sessions comfortable. Works best for manual thrusting or machine use vaginally, instead of than hands-free riding (due to long length). | 4.9 |
| Luxury feel: Gorgeous looking marbled silicone swirls with pearlescent shimer & microfine sparkle. Body-safe platinum silicone. Plain, simple bag with cute brand logo. Clearly-laid-out dimensions and Shore durometer in product page. | 4.9 |
| Silicone Feel: Fantasy medium-firm density is still very soft, except the bulge feels slightly firmer. I think this is the best balance for G-spot stimulation; if it was super-squishy, it would be a less effective stimulator. | 5.0 |

NOTE
- like CalExotics’ “Monster Cocks” dildo line, which feels rather punishing with many textures + harder silicone, especially in the Colossus-level sizes. ↩︎
