Peak Dildo Review (Hankey’s Toys): Our Prostate Milking Test Results

The Peak dildo is a serious prostate milking dildo – if you’ve ever thought, “I’m not really feeling this prostate toy,” then this is the opposite. Its ridge is XXL and in charge, so that the P-spot has nowhere to hide.

Is the Peak Dildo a True Prostate Milker?

Prostate “milking” means using slow, repeated pressure on the P-spot to trigger fluid release and a deeper, building arousal. Not every prostate orgasm includes visible emission (dry prostate orgasms are definitely a thing), but “milking” is a fun way to go about it.

In testing, the Peak dildo gave him a stronger and faster prostate response than streamlined silicone designs (like the Vixen Mustang). Moving it more slowly actually increased contact and pressure, so fewer strokes delivered noticeably stronger prostate stimulation.

After eight dedicated test sessions, the Peak gave him faster onset of climax – and overall, more intense prostate engagement (consistency in how present the arousal was) than any other soft silicone toy we’ve owned.

How the Peak Dildo Performs in Different Types of Play

The Peak dildo was made specifically to feel like more prostate pressure, in super-soft silicone. The head is for impact, rather than for smooth insertion: That means it behaves differently depending on how you use it.

The original Peak rewarded very slow strokes across manual use, strap-on play, and machine testing. The new, revised Peak 2.0 (on Hankey’s Toys now) can be thrust harder both by hand and in a strap-on harness — vs. the original being limited to “milking” strokes of less than 1″ distance. It’s still not a generic thrusting dildo, but def. feels more streamlined when strapped on.

Size Safety Note: Unless you’re already a fan of huge “fetish” anal toys, we recommend the size XS or SM (small) for easiest entry; and size MD = medium for a filling toy. (Jump to size & silicone firmness comparison on the Peak dildo.)

Manual Use (Hands-On Prostate Massage & Thrusting)

In manual use, the Peak feels different from other soft silicone dildos, right off. Even in size small, its ridge makes fast contact with the prostate and stays there — he’s found that this shortens the usual warm-up period.

Because the ridge does so much work, even new Peak doesn’t need big movements to be P-spot effective. Once the head and ridge are properly seated, short strokes cause more feeling than you’d expect from the soft material. (Insertion of size MD and up do require a bit of patience and plenty of lube; but the payoff is strong, steady prostate pressure instead of fleeting passes over the spot.)

He began with the small (SM) in Hankey’s Toys’ 70% Soft silicone, the standard & most popular silione. SM is still not beginner sized, but is doable with a minute of warmup — and then, its head design overshadows any similar sized dildo. He discovered:

“I was not expecting how fast it got my prostate going. Usually it’s a slow build – most toys it takes at least 10 minutes to really get in the zone. Here, it felt like it located the P-spot and notched up to very intense, very quickly.”

So the SM size is awesome & works well (I personally find it the best for G-spot fast climaxes, too, in 75% soft silicone). Then, the MD = medium size – especially in the 40% soft silicone – is where he gets the most filling OMG sensation. Again, the toy feels larger than its measurements suggest. Now with smoother MD size, short gentle strokes make the stimulation build quickly, and stay noticeable – in this super-soft silicone.

He thinks, “The medium’s head remains big with that “lip” that sticks out and makes great contact, like it cannot miss the prostate. I like the 75% Soft silicone in the small size, but for medium, I was glad we went with the super-soft 40% Soft density. It the “big + squishy” combination feels amazing after you get going with the thrusting. Then how it gets thicker when stroked in and out… it’s smoother and it still works in the best way.”

Overall, the SM & MD Peak dildo (it’s hard to choose which one) is the most effective soft silicone toy we’ve used for focused prostate play.

Strap-On & Pegging Performance

As a strap-on dildo, the Peak 2.0 now can be thrust harder. It’s still “lazy” compared to, say, VixSkin Mustang because the head ridge juts out even more: making it effective with less sweat on my part.

Also, the very flat base (with no balls interfering with how the dildo secures inside an O-ring) helps wearability. You can get the XS or SM sizes without the Vac-U hole & use it in any strap-on harness. This is the MD size, next, with its larger base in the Pan Leather O-ring harness:

We progressed through the XS, SM, and MD sizes in the Peak dildo. The XS is gentlest, and easiest to insert. Get it in the medium-soft silicone if you want prostate pressure, since it’s low-key in the softer silicones. We’d recommend it for folks who are newer to strapping on. It’s good, but not as exceptional as he found the:

SM size. Now cozier in the 75% Soft silicone: the original design was so P-spot drama that I could only move it ½ an inch without him being like, “That’s nice but also… a bit much.” So I was restricted to super-short motion. Now, 1-inch thrusts and normal thrusts are very doable and moaning has ensued within 2 minutes.

The MD size needs Hankey’s 40% Soft silicone for the plush feel in its big, yet smoother head. Always be sure to use safe lubrication for larger sizes (which MD here is, even if there are 3 sizes larger than it!). After 2 minutes’ warmup, once inside, the Peak dildo’s ridge gives a flowing, popping feeling. Even with strokes up to a couple inches back-and-forth, it tested extremely comfortable — working up to a real pounding speed. Awesome and very fun to use. Still, my hips can’t move as fast as a premium sex machine:

Sex Machine Use (Where the Peak Dildo Has Its Limits)

The Peak dildo was designed 1st for controlled prostate milking and easy harness wear, not truly high-speed thrusting – so, everything above size SM is likely not the best match for automated use going faaaast.

He stayed conservative with the size choice and used only the small and medium Peak dildo sizes on our best sex machine options, where Hismith Premium with Vac-U adapter and Vac-U holed dildo work. Still, he didn’t want to go over medium-fast speeds (up to 60, out of 100 maximum speed on the controller). After slow speeds (30+), he began to lose some of the prostate effectiveness. The machine’s speed in combo with the oversized ridge proved overkill.

As thrusting sped up, the ridge stopped feeling targeted and began to feel overwhelming rather than pleasurable. For automated play, the Peak functions well as a slow-pressure tool, but is not high-speed-friendly in anything larger than size XS.

How the Peak Compares to Other Prostate Milker Dildos

Vs. the Pure Wand

The Pure Wand (how-to guide) works via its ultra-hard, inflexible curved bulbs. They press in and massage the prostate firmly, once you locate the right angle and positioning.

The Peak dildo is unique because of how it’s Pure-Wand-like force, except in soft silicone — that will not slip over to one side like the Pure Wand can fall over if you left go. The Peak, in contrast… once it’s in, it’s staying put. You only need to jiggle your finger against its base: or you can bend the base backward so you’re rocking up on its crown. The dildo shaft can bend, yet it’s extremely present.

Also, the Peak’s platinum cured & body-safe silicone won’t get any nick or stratches if you set it down on a counter. (Our Pure Wand has gotten little scuffs from gentle placement.)

Who This Prostate Milking Dildo Is (and Isn’t) For

The Peak by Hankey’s Toys should be a good fit if you:

• Prefer super-soft silicone but still want strong prostate pressure.
• Respond best to slow, controlled movement.
• Want a dildo that maintains P-spot contact without constant thrusting.

It’s not ideal if you:

• Prefer subtle stimulation.
• Want long-stroke (depth) or high-speed machine play.
• Are sensitive to pronounced ridges or aggressive curves.

Size & Firmness Options for the Peak Dildo at Hankey’s Toys

The Peak milking dildo comes in sizes from “actually small!” to “omg, how.” The rule in re silicone dildo density is that the thicker a toy is, the harder it feels. That’s why we rec. paying for the softest (40% Soft) silicone in size MD and larger. Our recommendations about how to choose the right safe size for this next-level probe:

1. Size XS: The smallest Hankey’s Toys dildo I’ve owned! Actually a good beginner prostate size (after using a beginner butt plug training set). Choose 75% Soft if you want a gentle, slightly flexible feel; or choose medium-firm if you want strongest prostate pressure.
2. Size SM (small): Suitable for most users. 75% Soft density is extremely good. Only choose 40% Soft if you know you love the extra squish.
3. Size MD (medium): Moderately large. Our favorite: 40% Soft is the smart choice here.
4. Size LG (large): True large. 40% Soft strongly recommended.
5. Size XL: Huge. 40% Soft strongly recommended.
6. Size 2XL: Ginormous. This is a heavily advanced size for extreme users.

When in doubt between 2 sizes, choose the smaller one – this is especially true of Mr. Hankey’s Toys’ sizing, as they craft enormous silicone dildos.
